What a waste of my money.

I loved my Puma shoes for the first two months and then they began to break apart between the fabric and sole. I called customer service four times. They instructed me to email customer service, provide proof of purchase, provide a photo of the shoe. I did all of these things, followed up, and I am still waiting a month later for them to reply within 48 hours. What a waste of my money.

Wrong items shipped

Wrong items shipped. Some items that were on backorder never came. Bought 2 pairs of Lamelos and one started separating at the sole after a month. Clothing feels cheap and looks cheap. Everything about the clothes is cheap except the price. Customer service is horrible. They dont care about trying to make anything right. I spend thousands on sports apparel every yr for my grandson but I will never buy anything from them again. Sticking with Nike and Adidas.

The girls working at Puma made my day

The girls working at Puma made my day. I went in to buy my wife a present and I was served by Prasansa and she was as good as it gets. She really tried to help and she did. I bought the wrong size so I returned it and was served by Tara and same thing. She couldn’t have tried harder. These young ladies are a credit to Puma. Thanks again for the great service😬

I dropped off the return on 1/30/2026…

I dropped off the return on 1/30/2026 at their assigned drop off location for two pairs of shoes that were received the day before, they didn't fit, would have gotten different shoes from their website if it wasn't for their terrible return service. No movement after they "scanned to sort container" since 02/13, customer service was not helpful with the delay or getting me the refunds and suggesting that over one month of return process is totally normal!!??

Do not purchase from this retailer. I tried to purchase a £70 of Speedcat trainers and the website took payment but there was no confirmation of the purchase and no confirmation email. My card issuer confirmed that payment had been taken, so I called PUMA and spoke to someone who just said there had been some issued and he was waiting for his manager to contact him. Alarm bells started ringing and then I've seen dozens of similar experiences from other people. I have raised a dispute with my bank to claim my money back.

The feedback on here says it all

The feedback on here says it all. Ordered football boots online on Thursday, paid for next day delivery. Paid £156. They Didn’t arrive on Friday and so I messaged them. Before they would look into it, despite providing the order number, email address and address, they insisted I send a bank statement to prove I paid for them! I complied with this and they confirmed they would now look into it. Completely outrageous. Needless to say I have not received the boots or any tracking or any refund. You cannot treat customers like this.

This is a shame that you cannot leave a review for a top that I purchased directly from them..

It was easy to order from this site but the quality of the clothes has decreased I bought a Hoodie a zip one took the tag off as it looked fine but when I got out into the sunlight instead of it being black it's a real looks like a dark grey? And there is nowhere on their website to actually leave a review because I bought it directly from puma.
And the sizes are a bit strange as well I've always been a large and they've always been quite oversized but this one was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be...
I'm not sure if I would buy from them again as now I will have to go out and re-purchase a Hoodie with a zip because I wanted a black one not a dark grey one it just looks really faded for £70 I was not impressed to be honest with the quality as I cannot leave a review on their site I thought I would do it here instead...
