Ordered a phone case on 1/1/26 with express delivery. No product or response from vendor to either my emails or messages.Sent an email to cancel order but no refund was received. Notified my Bank too. Don't order directly from this company. I ordered the same case for much cheaper on Amazon and got it next day.

punkcase is a FRAUD! I ordered a blue case, and the order confirmation says I ordered a black case. Anyway, it was never shipped. I paid for it, and the punks have my money. DHL has been waiting for it after the punks printed a label, but never sent the package over to DHL to ship to me.

Absolute FRAUDS!

Made my order on the 9th December 2025 paid for it and still haven't received anything emailed multiple time to get nothing back also messaged on Facebook messenger and nothing the company is useless would really recommend a different place to order from

I've been waiting since early December for a phone case and power bank, I've contacted them twice with no reply. I've received an evidently fake DHL tracking number that sends you round in circles and a UK company is apparently shipping from the USA. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying.

Terrible all round! Ordered a case back in November, chased it up after receiving an email to review my case! Tried their contact form on their site and direct email several times, got a response in the end saying my case was now out of stock, was offered a refund - which I'm still waiting for and gave chased and it's January! Like many on here have said - AVOID PLEASE!

Ordered a case. Status says it is waiting for carrier pick up for two weeks. Emailed customer service, no response. I will never order from this company again.

Awful company. Cant believe they are still trading. From looking at the reviews they have ripped off thousands of people. SCAMMERS... AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Worst online shopping experience I’ve had. We ordered a phone case almost a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. We were told there was a delay due to a storm, but after that there was zero follow-up or resolution. The customer service phone number is not a working number, and emails only trigger automated responses with no actual help. There is no way to reach a real person.
At this point, we had no choice but to file a dispute with our bank to get our money back. This company should not be taking orders if they can’t ship products or support customers. I strongly recommend buying from a more reputable brand. I hope people check the reviews before ever buying from them!!

If I could give a no star review I would - it would match how many items I received from them. They took the money, played the DHL order system to generate a tracking number and then never sent anything. Asked for a refund, they offered 20% discount. Asked again for a refund, still refusing, but now, apparently, the item is only available for pre-order...

Severe lack of customer service.
Tracking number doesn't work.
Initiated a chargeback via bank, and merchant attempted to show proof of shipment. Problem being, lack of full address, and no date on "fulfillment".
Bank have automatically refunded me knowing its a case they will win.

I'll still be speaking to Trading Standards as this was basically attempted theft. No shipment exists as per DHL tracking. Never did. And merchant attempted to rob me of my money even after I raised a dispute

I recommend Punk Cases to anyone who values their phone. I will not use any other case. It's the strongest case I have ever came in contact with. 💯 Hands Down The BEST!!

Ordered an iPhone 17 Pro case online 12/14. DHL tracking was issued immediately and hasn’t updated since. No response from the company. Filed a complaint with the BBB and a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid this site at all costs.

Ordered my case on Dec 5th still haven't received it as of Dec 29th sent several emails , several phone calls to a voicemail that cannot take messages, have asked fir a refund in 4 emails , nothing no reply tracking number does not work what a joke , disputing with my card company

Purchased 2 cases and they never arrived. Tracking says they were a prohibited item and was sent back. Have emailed them multiple times with no reply. Please don’t buy anything from them and get scammed like I did. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

Bought an iPhone 17 case from them they provided a false tracking number for DHL that never updated and then eventually said tracking is unavailable. I sent multiple emails only got canned responses a couple times saying they are gonna ship it out (never did). I’ve disputed it with my credit card and then this company had the audacity to respond to the dispute and somehow convinced my credit card company to favor with them. I’m going to reach out to my card company and dispute this outcome, but the fact that they did this somehow is very scummy. One of the replies to the emails even said oh the product is out of stock and it will ship at a way later date, which was not advertised at the website however, even after the time period they gave there’s still no update with my order. Deal with caution, read other reviews. I believe this is a scam website.
