I have ordered from punk case many times in the past, but on Oct 5th I placed and order for an IPhone 17 case.it is now Dec23rd. I still have not received my case.I have repeatedly e-mailed them and they say sorry but I never get a tracking number or a case. They tell me if I want they will give me 20% off. But that’s it. Then I email them again and get the same.I’m so frustrated with this company. The cases are great, but after this last time I will never order again from them.

they take your money and dont send your items.dont not use this website.pluse they dont send a refund.stay away.rip off site ordered on the31 of aug still waiting.

My parcel still hasn’t arrived

I ordered and received a phone case described as having a kickstand (a feature I wanted). The case I received did not have a kickstand. After numerous emails and phone messages (which no one ever answered), I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Clearly, this company is non-existent or in the process of closing their business. And they are very likely scammers who live up to their name- Punks. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PUNKCASE!

Stay clear of these scammers! They charged my credit card, but never shipped my item. I sent several emails, but never heard back. After 4 weeks, I finally decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. They are absolute scammers who will take your money and ghost you!

I wish I had looked at this website before trying to purchase through Punkcase. I bought a case from them 2 years ago with no problem. This time, the purchase went through, but the tracking showed that the package never moved. They are impossible to reach. It seems like that might be intentional. I filed a dispute today with my credit card, after the package not moving for 5 weeks. Very disappointing.

Ordered and paid for first class shipping, arrived 11 days later. Wrong colour and cover for my phone. Cant get in contact with company to get send back.

Still waiting my purchase 813483 since 10/23/25 You mentioned still in back order.
Not happy with this transaction.

placed my order on 12/2/25. It is now 12/17 and it still hasn't shipped!!! cant get ahold of anyone and am going to dispute charges!

Its a scam. My order magically disappeared through DPD and they dont answer calls or emails. Im going to plaster it EVERYWHERE what a joke thet are

Do not order from this company no goods will ever be received they say they have something in stock and fob you off weeks later saying the reason you have not received your goods is because it is on pre order and they aren’t expecting the goods for another 3 weeks absolute bs!!! I have contacted my bank for a refund as punkcase just ignore you when when adking for a refund!!! Total scam artists!!!

Avoid do not send money they don’t send and do not reply to emails. It is a scam how dhl associate themselves with them is beyond me. It gave a bit of legitimacy to their website. They are thieves.

This company is a scam and has misleading checkout. They do not respond to emails and there is no other way to get a hold of them.

This company is another rip-off scam.
They have over 4000 complaints to the Better Business Bureau, including mine. I ordered to phone cases from them and after a month of unanswered emails. Unanswered phone calls, left messages, sent emails. They have done absolutely nothing. I have not received the products from them. Not even an explanation. They charged my card for over $80 and then tried to hit my card again. I had to put a stop to their access of my card. I have also reported them to the f b I cyber crime unit. This is another company where the officials of this company should be arrested for bank,mail,credit card fraud, false advertisement, shady business practices and internet cybercrimes. On their company information, they claim to have an office in downtown New York city. Not far from 26 federal plaza.The F B I building. Hopefully they get a visit soon by federal agents.

Email saying lost in Transit...asked to ship a Replacement NOTHING asked for a Refund NOTHING Forced to ask Card Provider For Charge Back as No attempt from them to Resolve...now they are disputing...Worst Outfit You'd Never want to Deal with...AVOID AVOID AVOID

Scam. Awful customer service and product.

HORRIBLE Customer Service- or lack of it. Ordered a case in Sept as I had got one years ago and loved it. It's Dec and still no case despite many many emails, will never order from them again.

I made an order for a phone case charger on October, I didn't receive my order for 3 months, I wasn't even able to track it I emailed them a dozen times but they keep offering me discounts on other products instead of resending it, I asked them several times for a refund but I still haven't received a reply yet. Don't ever purchase something from them, if you want to get robbed.

I placed my Punkcase order in November 2025, and got a email notification on the 19/11/25 saying it was despatched with a tracking number, which I continually checked for over two weeks, the order never left the distribution depot. I contacted Punkcase they said it’s obviously been lost and initially offered a refund or to dispatch another case, I replied that if they could guarantee a 48hr delivery I’d accept another case as I needed a phone case.
No reply for two days so I emailed requesting a refund, this is where I started to realise they are scammers. Despite numerous requests for a refund there response is always the same “it’s a great product on back order which will take 2-3 weeks to arrive”.
Punkcase it’s NOT A GREAT PRODUCT, I didn’t receive the phone case I ordered and now I DONT WANT IT, I WANT MY REFUND. The date of this review is 06/12/25. So in my opinion Punkcase are scammers, they will take your money, won’t honour their contract with you by supplying the product and then won’t refund your money. I’m now contacting the New York Attorney Generals office as they deal with scammers and fraudulent companies.
AVOID, AVOID PUNKCASE.
