Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service! My original order arrived damaged but was replaced within 3 days and completely free of charge. The print (never again) looks fab up on the wall and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this small business again 👍

AI garbage - avoid
My print arrived and it’s so clear it’s AI generated slop. Really disappointed as the print wasn’t cheap, and they charge for returns. For the same price I could’ve supported a REAL artist. Say no to clankers

Just to clarify clearly - all Punk Haus designs are created in-house by us, the owners, as they always have been. We handle every stage ourselves from concept → development → composition → final artwork → print production.
We create, curate, refine and build each artwork ourselves - so no human artist/designer has ever been replaced at Punk Haus, and never will be. Tech can assist the process, but it never replaces the creative vision behind it.
We also believe strongly in transparency and credit - any collaborations, contributed design elements or licensed artwork are always acknowledged where required. We love supporting other like-minded creatives and artists, just as we hope others support us 😊
Our work is not simply “AI generated and printed” - if it were that simple, everyone would be running a print studio.
We’re a small, independent, family-run business, and every print we send out is something we’ve personally spent time crafting, refining and producing. We stand proudly behind the originality of our work.

Love the designs but the quality of prints are questionable. Ive actually produced better quality prints on my old printer and one of the prints in my order was cut wonky so I need to buy a different frame or mount so it doesn't show. Customer service not really interested..... 'will get back to you, black, black, bla'.
