Trying to email about my second order via the website but says it can not be reached,this is concerning as now I'm concerned I won't get my order or something is not right

I sent back 2 damaged prints which were signed for well over a week ago now. Despite emailing and messaging and leaving a comment on Facebook, nobody has responded to me. I'd like a refund. I paid £5.55 to send the prints back, even though they were damaged, and I'd paid postage originally for the first set which were also damaged. I'm not in the habit of losing money so I'll expect my monies refunded or I'll take this to trading standards.

EDIT: 24 hours and another 3 emails later, and still no communication received from this company.
AVOID.

Absoulutely awful company...should be put out of business. Order £50 worth of prints but never got them. They claimed that Royal Mail had delivered them and gave me a tracking ID three weeks after they said they'd been despatched...avoid at all costs.

Absolutely love the print received. It took around 2 weeks to arrive but it was definitely worth the wait.

Really poor experience. Order was never sent. Had to chase over and over for a refund. They assured me it had been processed, PayPal stated otherwise to which PayPal had to then get in contact with them. Such a shame as lovely products and i have ordered in the past but sadly will never again. Absolutely no care from customer services.

Print arrived badly damage. The packing of my print was awful. The print was packed far too tight and with no tissue paper to protect it. The corners were creased and the print was marked. I emailed them and a refund was offered. I responded asking for another print to be sent out on the 21st October and I still haven't had a response. Order elsewhere!

I’ve had two orders from punkhaus , my orders arrived quickly and without damage .
I’m so pleased with my collection I’m now in the process of ordering more prints for my holiday home renovation.
Also I’ve had so many compliments , I ordered the £20 sample bundles to gift to friends and neighbours .
So happy I found punkhaus as the prints really put the finishing touch to my renovation .

Ordered a selection of 12 prints for our tattoo studio. We ordered from a few different companies as we are creating a gallery wall, and have to say these are by far, the best quality. The colours are bright and they are thicker than the prints I received from the other companies. They arrived quickly and were well packaged! Already got a basket going for my next order!

I can't understand some of the earlier negative reviews and wonder if they are real? I have ordered from Punkhaus before and have ordered two bundles that I will be framing up for Christmas presents. I have always found that the subject matter of Punkhaus prints to be innovative and at the "cutting edge" of modern art. Of course another major consideration these days is that their prints are fantastic value when compared to other sites offering prints!

I received my sample bundle yesterday after ordering it on Monday via Nancy on insta (legend!) and I’m absolutely over the moon! Fantastic value!! 8 of the 10 prints I received were on my wish list and the other two are perfect for gifts wjth Crimbo coming up!! The print quality is top notch and printed on nice heavyweight card too. Honestly, if you’re umming and ahhing about giving these guys a try - GO FOR IT!! You won’t be disappointed. 🖤✌🏼

I was looking for some cool prints for a while and have been following Punkhaus for a while and when I saw their mystery bundle I thought it was a perfect way to explore some prints, save a load of money, and have a fun surprise.
I was not disappointed! The prints were amazing and I love them! A couple I gifted to a friend which were more their style and the rest are sitting proudly in my home.
The customer service was great, really lovely people who are so friendly and communicative about when I should get my order.
I’ll definitely be a returning customer!!

So happy with my order. Great selection of prints, lovely quality and excellent value for money.
Will shop here again and highly recommend.

Ordered a sample set via Instagram ad. Not cheap at £28.99. Received the worst selection of prints and wouldn’t frame any of them. I do understand that it is sight unseen but would have expected a better sample. Customer service quick to reply but of course terms & conditions prevent refund or even credit voucher. Really feel disappointed and wouldn’t order again.

Ordered via Instagram and ordered a special surprise bundle print deal. Prints came around 10 days after ordering. The prints are good quality, though they are printed on thinner paper stock rather than card stock. But once framed they will look great.

I bought a couple of prints from here after I was served an ad on IG. I bought two prints, and while they arrived fine one was super pixelated and generally just seemed bad quality. I emailed and was told that that was how the print was designed which does not seem right but they offered me a refund anyway which I accepted. They told me the refund was processed but I knew it hadn’t been as I paid with PayPal and PayPal notify pretty quickly when a refund has been processed, so I emailed and asked if they were sure, they then said it had and I got the PayPal notification. However a week later, PayPal notifies me that the refund failed which I’ve never had happen before. I’ve emailed them again but overall they just seem a bit shady, I’d suggest avoiding if you don’t want any hassle.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but I am £43.99 out of pocket, have not received my product and have tried to contact the sellers through Instagram messaging twice and via their webform. It is so disappointing not even to receive a response, when their Instagram is rolling out new stories daily.

**UPDATE** 40 mins after posting this review I received a full refund

I placed and paid for an order 10 days ago. The money has left my account. So far I've had No confirmation email and no response from customer service from their webform or email sent. Website has no phone number. I am very upset about the complete lack of communication and lack of product delivery ( which was a birthday gift).

Took 10 days for 1 small print to arrive - item wasn't dispatched until 5 days after order was placed, and sent second class at a cost of £1.85 plus whatever the thin card envelope cost (I can't imagine it did cost £3.99 to post, but I appreciate postage is charged as a flat rate). The print is nice but the white envelope it came in wasn't really strong enough to stop it getting bent, and one of those manila envelopes where one of the sides is thick card would have been better. Nice print but order early if it's a gift.

My 1st order with Punk Haus.I had my eye on a few of the prints and ordered 1 to see what the quality was like.The print arrived within 48 hours of ordering but unfortunately arrived damaged(down to the courier's).Emailed Punk Haus,got a reply from Nancy who sent me another out straight away which arrived the next day in perfect condition.The prints are fantastic quality, really deep colouring and bold lettering.The customer service is second to none.I will definitely recommend!!!
