I absolutely love unique and eye-catching jewelry, and Punkyouth never disappoints!
Unfortunately, while unpacking my order, one of the earrings slipped from my hand and a stone broke. I contacted customer support, and I was amazed by their response. In less than 24 hours, they got back to me and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent.
This level of customer service is rare these days and truly deserves recognition. The team was friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient.

This shop has the most lovely jewelry! Perfect for the stompy goth in you, they have a lot of spikier, more industrial motifs, but their offerings do range to the more romantic side as well. They seem to have new collections all the time, and they offer great deals, as well.

I've ordered from them several times. Everything arrives well packaged and with pretty quick shipping in a sturdy black jewelry box stamped with their brand. On the one occasion I've had a problem with one of the hoop earrings not clicking closed, I wrote to them and they got back to me in less than 12 hours with video instructions for a solution that worked like a charm.

I'll definitely keep ordering from Punk Youth, and I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for unique, attractive, well-made jewelry.

Package is said to be delivered to my adress in my mailbox. Alas when I check my mail box is empty, no package in sight. Since I'm not the first one to wich this occured I fear I just got scammed. First and last time I will order from them. This is ridiculous.
