Visited the scape park on 2/20/25. Did the 4x4 experience which was so much fun! Husband and I both got a turn to drive on the course. Our 4x4 was a bit rough and ended up stalling out during the course, but our guide was able to help and quickly got us started back up. We did the cave swim, swam in the waterfalls, and did the cenote swim. All was beautiful. The hike to the cenote was difficult though, much more than expected. About a mile each way I would estimate, through rough terrain and many stairs. So worth it, but word of caution to anyone who may not be up for the physical challenge. Swim shoes are recommended but would note that hiking shoes would have been helpful on the hikes through jungle terrain. We had the chefs special at the restaurant which was delicious with great service. Visited the iguana exhibit briefly, and watched the monkeys for a while. Did not do any of the zipline activities but they looked fun. All in all, good experience and would recommend.

Amazing is all I can say. My instructor was informative, nice, and professional. He worked well with my kids, included my disabled mom, along with focusing on the second family. Had an amazing time.

Great staff, felt safe, enjoyed the ride and everything. Great pictures and well behaved horses. Lorado was my favorite 👍

It was an excellent tour!

We saw the whale and it was so emotional, and we enjoy amazing time on Bacardi island.

The tour guide and the staff were kind and super available for any needs.

I would recommend it… but if you suffer the boat, better don’t do this tour, because if the sea is moved, is gonna be a little torture 😁

The best ATV tour ever. Our group loved it! We toured the streets of DR, the river, the beach and the mountains. We even got some Cacao.

Great great time. Angel was our guide. Couldn't of asked for better. Monkeyland was just as expected.
5 star experience. Picked up right on time. Felt very safe the whole time.

Would not come back to the Scape Park. Although the resort is beautiful, and lots of different attractions (roughly 9) so definitely good for the price.

The cons would be every worker was rude, entitled, did not welcome us, was not friendly at all but every single one expect, demanded a tip. Tip for no service? Tip for being rude? Tip for not welcoming us?

On top of the all that we were excited to zip line and do a tour of the caves. For whatever reason they shut zip lining down from 12pm- 2pm with no notice, no heads up, nothing. So when we went to zip line were told to come back at 2pm. Maybe a little heads up would’ve been great as we would’ve planned the day better. Above that after when we went to do the cave tour we were told it was closed at 2pm which seems weird because again, no communication once so ever from the website or any staff.

So we paid for an all inclusive access to hit all attractions and because of lack of communication with closures we ended up either having to sit around waiting for one to open, or sitting around because they were closed.

All and all, of what we were able to see it was beautiful and a great day. But still very disappointed in the stuff we missed and lack of communication and friendliness.

If you do plan on doing this attraction be mindful to watch your time and ask for when stuff is open, or closed because although the park hours tell you from 9am to 4pm that is not the real time things are open. Be mindful to bring extra money for tip, even to the rude demanding workers.

We booked two adventures with Punta Cana Adventures. All was good until it was time for the adventures to occur. They emailed us to meet our transportation to the adventure at our hotels “groups lobby”. To which in the hotel we were staying at - Hard Rock Resort has two lobbies. A main lobby and a groups lobby. While we arrived at our said meet up location (groups lobby) for our first adventure they were at the main lobby and I had to call the concierge of the company to explain to them where to go as they were in the wrong pick up location. Moving on to the second adventure a couple days later. We specifically arrived at the groups lobby as was told in our pick up location email. Arrive a few minutes before pick up and waited 25 minutes to no one for the adventure transport being there. We asked hotel employees if they saw a vehicle for an adventure, to which they replied no. During the 25 min wait I attempted to call the adventure companies concierge to no answer, sent them multiple WhatsApps to no answer. I then receive an email that the company said they waited for us at the groups lobby and left without us saying we were no shows and we are not going to get a refund. It was completely unacceptable and ridiculous on their part as they were insistent on them being in the right pick up location of which they were not. Long story short, they do not have professional staff, they have poor communication, and they are very poorly organized. They do not even know where the right pick up location they email you to meet them at is. As they were at the main lobby and not the groups lobby. I would not recommend working with them or doing any adventure with Punta Cana Adventures.

Excursions were great. Monkey land made the trip.

The activity was more than amazing , my boyfriend and I had an amazing time with you guys , Ramoncito is above and beyond ... really love it

“Speedboat/Snorkeling Adventure”
The boat is not as pictured. They are older boats. You do get to drive the boat, but a guide goes with you and helps dock the boat. They could use a serious upgrade on their equipment. My goggle straps were tied on one side and came apart a couple times. They kept leaking as well. We both had to try and hold them tight to our faces so the water wouldn’t come in so quickly. My life jacket had 1 working buckle. The others were either missing completely or broken. My husband’s was about the same. They gave no indication on what the plan was. We spent about 10-15 snorkeling as well as we could. They then had us drive over to where a bunch of boats hangout by a food/drink barge. Not included of course. I guess they wanted us to hang there for the next hour? I’d rather have snorkeled longer. We’d had enough and got back on our boat to have them take us back. There are also men trying to hustle you to take pictures with their birds and iguanas as you want to the boat. So irritating. Wouldn’t recommend

I think this tour could potentially be very fun on a sunny day. Unfortunately for us the weather was very poor. There was no cancellation or rescheduling. Instead we snorkeled in unsafe conditions. Check the weather before you to ensure you really want to do this.

My family attended the Rum Tasting adventure and we were extremely pleased. The ambiance and education provided was top tier. The Rum was outstanding. We highly recommend this adventure.

It was a great fun experience, except my 20 year old son was put on a 4-wheeler instead of a buggy and placed behind the guide who would not let him have any fun, so this was disappointing

Santo Domingo City Tour by Punta Cana adventures was pretty good with coordinated pick ups/drop offs from different locations. Radi was a very good guide who consistently gave good information throughout the ride from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo and during the tour. The drivers (forgot their names) were good too. The lunch was tasty as well.
However, I'd suggest one improvement - instead of making the tourists rely on audio tours at the museum of royal houses and the cathedral (there isn't enough time or the ambiance to listen through all the audios) the guides themselves shall give a description/briefing on the history or the major artifacts of those places.

I also took the Safari Punta Cana Cultural Tour the next day (May 26th, 2024) which was good with a combination of different activities and places. The food was OK.

The experience was great. We really enjoyed the cam-am buggies. Only thing was the zip line experience almost took us out. I recommend they provide water once at the top. I thought I wasn’t going to make it after getting to the top and being exhausted and thirsty I became angry. lol but overall we had a great time and I highly recommend.

Wonderful people to work with. Everyone had a great time on the dune buggies and private party boat! Prompt services, our rides to and from the hotel were on time and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great company, informative , organized and most of all safe. Book multiple activities with this company during my stay in Punta Cana it was the best my transportation was always on time for pick up and drop off and the communication with my self and the company was exceptional. I will use this coming on my next visit in Punta Cana and I will recommended them to anyone. Jerk doing a good job guys.

If I could give zero stars I would. My aunt fell during the trip because they poured soap and water on the boat and she slipped. After she fell they didn’t have the proper tools to get her off the boat. In fact they had no tools they got a boogie board and tied her down. An ambulance wasn’t called they took her to hospital in the owners car. They were the absolute worst and didn’t even return us the trip money. Please don’t book through this company save yourself the trouble. My aunt had to pay thousands of dollars at the hospital over broken femur.

This was exactly what I was looking for in a snorkeling excursion. The boat was very nice, clean, in good shape. Not too many people. The crew was a blast! They had me dancing on the way to and from the Island. It was a little tricky for me to get from the boat to the dingy but the crew made the transfer safe. The island lunch was excellent authentic food. My son and his soon to be wife were with us. The photographer took photoshoot of them. They sure had some fun shots. Excellent job.
