I have multiple items from this brand because I do like their designs, but every time they take 3-4 months to ship. That was fine with me, but their quality has not caught up with their skyrocketing prices as of recent either, and flexibility with customer service is nonexistent.

If you mistakenly add an item, regret a purchase, or are unpleased with the quality of an item, good luck because there is no way to cancel an order or issue a refund/exchange. I’m aware they are a small business but their priorities are strange. I really like their clothes and think they could thrive as a business if they got it together.

on the website it says 4-5 business day shipping yet i had to wait 41 days for my order. Ordered in november and i just got it now im january. Wouldn’t care if they didn’t lie about how long it would take. they really need to get rid of the 4-5 business days bs. I emailed them a few weeks ago to get an update on when it would come because there was absolutely nothing telling me when and they continued to say that “processing time takes 4 weeks” and then told me it says it on their faq and on the order itself. LIE it did NOT say 4 weeks ANYWHERE. Think about how long you wanna wait for your order before you buy from them

Didn't send my order for over 4 months, and when I emailed them multiple times, I had no reply. I then confronted them on twitter, got jumped by their teenage fans and attacked in their discord, and found out another person was having the same issue as me and became friends with her (what a coincidence that this also happened to another person who reviewed the business on here). And for some reason I keep getting emails from them saying to "confirm my subscription" as if they hadn't tried scamming me before and I've NEVER re-subscribed.

Terrible customer service and wouldn’t cancel order. Total scam when they said they would add gifts and nothing else was in my package. It was lie to make people buy and I fell for it. Won’t happen again over priced save your money.

They don’t reply to emails! And shipping is takes up to 1 month or 2. The quality of a zip up I bought was so thin n fleece cheap material.

They copy almost all of their designs and dont own up to it. Do your research please!! Speaking up gets you banned from their servers and hated on by their friends, but bigotry is met with downplay and "lets all just relax." Its absurd. Not to mention quality is next to hot topic and very poor. A jacket that falls apart after 3 washes with cheep glue and studs from Aliexpress should not be 70$. If you value Punk values, dont order from Punxnkisses.

I have been a consistent customer of Punx for years. I have been content with the quality of their pieces; however, I have just learned that their customer service is ABHORRENT. They sent me the wrong item (after they had just restocked it, so they obviously sold more than they had) and refuse to give me a refund. I have been deaded on email, instagram (they have gone so far to delete my and others' comments), and I EVEN MADE A FRIEND ONLINE BC SHE IS FACING THE SAME ISSUE WITH THEM. I have been out of $80+ FOR WEEKS.
Punx, own up to your mistakes and refund your customers. I never want to buy from them again and I'd LOVE to spread the word about them ignoring several customers and making them work to resolve PUNX'S ERRORS.

i’ve bought several things from several drops over the years and i am always more than satisfied! the quality is amazing and the shop owner truly cares about making quality products for amazing prices. never had any shipping issues and they always communicate with costumers. 1000/10!
