Oh my gosh! Please listen to the reviews. Their customer service is abysmal.

I emailed, messaged on IG, tiktok, and there was absolutely no response from anyone for over a month. With constant emailing and follow ups. Ridiculous for a small business.

I finally got the skirt, only after it taking two months to randomly ship and deliver. Their website is a lie, it says 1-5 days to ship. And it shipped from PA! I live in NY. I still never heard back from customer service.

Look elsewhere. I won't be buying again simply because the customer service is unacceptable. Their drops sell out so quickly too, literally their shorts sold out in less than 10 minutes! If you have such a low stock, there is no excuse to not be able to respond to a two minute email.

Support better small businesses - like Truth or Dare for instance.

Never received. Placed an order in July and was finally given a tracking number in October, just for it to never update and say it is awaiting drop off from seller. I reach out and Dms and emails are both ignored, managed to do a chargeback through the bank since come November I still hadn’t received anything. Terrible service.

Like most of everyone I never received my order. Bought the shirt cause it was for my daughter. I tried to get a refund through affirm and they said it was delivered cause something on the mailbox to me on 29 Jan however the funny thing on that’s is weird because you can’t make to address in 30 minutes it takes a whole 2 hours which I posted on the affirm they are instagram and facebook I am going to get money back cause it’s ridiculous so I should suggest doing the same.

Stole my money twice. They give you a tracking number and then it never updates. You DM and Email and even leave commenta and they dont respond. Dont even know why this brand is so loved and sponsored. Idk if they just pick and choose who they want to wear their stuff, but whatever it is, they suck. My fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and getting my money stolen another time. Happened in 2023 and never ever heard back. Couldn't get my money back from the bank no matter how hard i tried.

exactly what the title says. i got the rotting top back in march and it just... never arrived. i tried reaching out to them on instagram asking where it is and they left me on read. dissapointed.

made an account solely to make this review. i've made two orders here, one in december and one in january. i've received no updates on either one, and it's april. today i sent a bunch of dms, emails, and messages on shop- but after reading these other reviews, i don't anticipate i will hear a response. i accepted the reality that this was nothing but a scam.

i was excited to see and support an independent black woman owned alternative business with clothes i adored. it pains me to write that i urge anybody and everybody to stay away. don't give her your money. i lost $125, which sucks, but i'm glad it wasn't more. i'm canadian, so there is nothing i can do but swallow this. if you are american, please do try and report her shop to the ftc. i wouldn't want anybody else to fall victim to this, though i know she makes her entire living off the backs of people like me. if i could, i'd also give less than one star. goes to show that you have to do some research on EVERY business you see, even the ones who seem legitimate and put up a front of innocence.

Berthaux, if you read these (though i don't imagine you do), do better. i know i personally would not have minded waiting this long for your products if i had been communicated with. to keep releasing new items you know you won't ship and when you know you're hurting sm people- that is, in my opinion, evil. if you are trying to be legitimate, just be transparent. if you're backed up, make that known. and don't try to block the very valid criticism people are giving you.

like many other people i never received the shirt i ordered 4 months ago. sent many emails and none of them were responded to, and the shop owner hides all my comments on instagram. i’m filing a report with the FTC, i recommend everyone else who has this experience do so as well

never received my shirt from her, it’s impossible to get her to respond to any emails, she responded to one DM a year after I placed my order and then ghosted me. She deletes other people’s comments on her Instagram by people who also have not received their order. Don’t waste your money and spend it on another small business that actually respects their customers.

if i could give the store no stars i would. HORRIBLE store, unethical and immoral. i havent received a refund in two years for something i bought in 2021 that was NEVER shipped and all my emails have been ignored. i hope this store gets shut down immediately. i will be reporting it for fraud and scamming on the ftc.gov website.

they never sent my item that i bought from march and its now october. i message them constantly and they ignore my comments. real instagram user behind this is @bethauxx, dont purchase from this shop unless you want to be robbed of your money

LOVED all my items!! Shipping from the date of purchase took 6 days for me… The quality was amazing :)

This shop not only deletes comments about people asking them to ship their orders, but is constantly behind on orders while continually putting out new items. I’d absolutely stay away, unless you’re prepared to wait several years to MAYBE get your order.

been waiting since november on any updates on my order (it claimed it was already made and ready to ship on the site so there’s no excuse) and it’s february now. the site has been replaced with “Something went wrong” and nobody can view the status of their orders since it looks like it got abandoned. probably a scam shop. stay away if they ever reopen
