Excellent customer service! I had placed an order back in February and apparently unintentionally got signed up for a 30 day digital library trial. I was charged $97 in March, after the digital library trial was over, and didn’t notice the charge until June. When I called to inquire about the charge, customer service was super nice and helpful and refunded the money since I was unaware of what had happened.

Thank you for your prompt service in cancelling the digital library (order # 1505871). I didn't realize it was a monthly recurring charge and I don't want that. Mary Bazigos

The materials I ordered arrived quickly, however I found that they weren't what I was looking for after all. So I returned them, but didn't notice until recently in the email that I needed to send the tracking numbers. I contacted your Customer Support Team today and chatted with Justine, who was very helpful and courteous. He took the tracking numbers, found that the materials had been returned to your warehouse, and arranged for my refund. The experience was very satisfactory.

I would give zero if I could.
The books themselves are fine but the company is a fraud.
They offered many different social media creators including myself a $250 payment to promote their books and then disappeared or offered less then half that pay AFTER the content was made.
Myself and another creator have already posted this on social media.
I will be reporting them to the better business bureau by the end of the week.
Disgusting people runs this company.

I love the books that I order, they have been so helpful to talk to my children about Social Emotional situations, and how to better help them understand their feelings.

When I had a problem with book delivery, this company worked with me to assure I got my books! Thank you for good quality service and books.

My invoice states that I’m still being charged $68 for 3 books.

I ordered a three book set, and it arrived in a timely manner. It was $28.99 and nothing more! I got a fraud alert on my phone that they were talking $97.00 out, but was declined it. After looking for my receipt, I saw not only did they give me my 3 book bundle, but a separate 3 book bundle and 14 day digital book. I never ordered the second half! I see this is a problem with this company. I like how you assume giving me a refund would be best but how the F can I do this when l didn’t buy them let alone even have them to send back? And you trick your customers into a subscription! I want my money back, you can’t do this to people, as if most of your customers are EDUCATORS do you think we make enough money to survive let alone make a big purchase through you? You take peoples money! I wanted to teach my children, and you take advantage of people! I want my money back! You literally just made my heart sad.

I had a billing problem. It was fixed in a flash. I ordered 3 books. They are helpful and give great advice on mad, emotional, anxiety feelings for children. I hope this will help my 3 yr old as he grows

Horrible company . Ok so I made a order of one Oder of a 3 book bundle . They charged me for three sets of the order . So minutes after I canceled the order the entire order over 5 emails of this . So what did they do they took it upon themselves to send me the original order that I canceled many times . They said well you can just refuse to except the order I will not be in town and I’m not paying to ship their arrogant move of sending a order I canceled . So now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and I will win I have every message to win it . This is a horrible company and clearly they need to read the Bible and not be writing about what they no nothing about ! 😡
