Had a lot of questions and got quick & efficient, customer service.

Quality both in paper grade and message. Relationships are all important in life and need to be taught in a way that penetrates our youth. I can find books on topics that are helpful but PD&IC draws in the child to the story with interesting-to-children objects like penquins, animals, etc. panda bears. Oh no wonder you're called Puppy dogs and ice cream ...kid friendly.

I accidentally ordered to sets of books instead of one, but it was a Saturday so I assumed I’d have to wait until Monday for it to be handled. It was handled shortly after I submitted it, which I was very pleased about! I’m looking forward to getting the set of books so I can read them to my granddaughter!

Very prompt response to emails and friendly customer service. The books chose for my daughter are perfect. The books are very well written and the images are beautiful.

Customer Service like I expected 40 years ago. Grace, the representative quickly investigated my problem and solved it within half a day. She had the ability to verify my accidental duplicate order. Cancel it and process a refund in a quicker time than I ever expected by any CSR that I've dealt with.

I accidentally ordered a 2nd bundle and used chat to contact the company. It was too early for chat so they changed it automatically to an email! I got my refund that day. Great customer service!!

Buyer Beware!!!! I ordered a set of books, received 2 sets (supposedly I clicked yes to add another to the order, which I did not) and was charged almost double. Then I was autoenrolled in a yearly subscription for $97 + tax. So very frustrating. This is obviously a fraudulent company that is preying on parents that want to help their children with emotional distress and this company just wants to take your money by using covert tactics. Do NOT buy from them! The BBB needs to investigate this company and shut them down!

I didn't realize I was subscribing for a membership and was shocked when I saw that amount on my credit card bill. I am 83 and don't always make good decisions, I guess. Thank you so much for making this problem easy to solve.

I have ordered a dozen or so books from PDIC. They have great moral lessons told in a kind and relatable way for young children. The illustrations are adorable. I recently needed to cancel my online subscription for the digital library as we aren’t using it anymore. While the website wouldn’t allow me to get to the appropriate page, a quick chat exchange took care of the problem.

While ordering books for my granddaughters I inadvertently signed up for their digital library. I sent a message, received a quick response and a quick refund. My granddaughters request that I read all the books whenever they are here. They love the stories!
