The first time in my life I have held a puppy. I took my daughter as I didn't want her to grow up without having that experience. It was honestly such a beautiful experience to see her have so much fun. Personally it was really emotional for me. Dorota and Serena were lovely and really understanding about it being our first time. What made it special was I got to experience it with my younger brother on a special day for siblings after Diwali. 🥰

What a lovely experience I came with my two daughters who were quite frightened of dogs initially. They had a wonderful time Serena and her staff made them feel totally at ease. Very friendly and helpful. We all had the best time. It was my daughters birthday the week before she was given a goodie bag and a birthday card so thoughtful and sweet.Thankyou so much not to mention extremely cute puppies too, really lovely xx

In response to the false review below.. it is totally untrue and false!

I have myself attended a few of these sessions and they are 60 minutes long and the staff are very vigilant with the time as they have two sessions a day with a 30 minute break in between (you can even check their website). This obviously gives the puppies time to have a rest and eat before the next session starts. I have seen it for myself as we are leaving the puppies are put back in their crates where their food is for them to eat and also rest. There is also water readily available for the puppies during the session that they have full access to.

There are plenty of staff on hand to ensure the safety and well-being of both the puppies and people attending the sessions.

At the sessions I attended, the puppy owners were also present, and it is unimaginable that any responsible owner would allow their puppies to be mistreated or exposed to any form of violence! What a foolish statement to make.

The puppy owners I spoke with were very pleased with these sessions and the way their puppies were treated during throughout.

I've enjoyed every session I've been to and always recommend it to all my friends and family.

This is clearly a malicious review from a jealous individual that does not have much to do with themselves and rather use their free time to put a small successful business down. Its quite disgusting really and you should be ashamed of yourself!

So much fun! Serena is so knowledgeable and kind, she went out of her way to make our time as fun as possible.

Amazing! Took my son who has ASD and he had the best time! I did too. The puppies were lovely, so friendly and the team were brilliant! Definitely coming back.

My daughters have just had the most wonderful hour cuddling and playing with a litter of adorable pomskies. Serena was so kind and welcoming and knowledgable. The session was brilliantly organised. We loved it and will be back. We’d highly recommend the experience.

I joined some Puppy Luv and Wellness sessions in July 2024 with my much loved litter of puppies.
My family and I were blown away with this experience. We were amazed by the professionalism, kindness and passion Serena and her team had for all our puppies and her customers.
It is clear to see that the puppies were of the the upmost importance throughout these session.
They received all the love, care and attention.
All the customers are shown how to handle and interact with the Puppies, they are given information on the breed and lots of other important facts about Puppies and Dog ownership.
Sessions like this are amazing for Puppies growth and development. I would highly recommend Puppy Luv and Wellness to other responsible puppy owners.

Just WOW!! If I could give more than 5* I would. What an incredible idea. Our stunning labs and I were invited down to be part of this amazing class for the weekend, And I’m so glad we were, this is a fantastic way to socialise your puppies beyond your own family and friends. Our pups were at their happiest here! Serena and her team are wonderful and really know their stuff about all dogs. They really have a true love and passion for dogs! The classes are fun friendly and informative. The cleanliness was A*, the team are very helpful and welcoming to all taking part. Well done Serena and all of your team! Amazing idea! Amazing people! Amazing atmosphere! Can’t not wait to see you all again.

Puppyluv and wellness are a fantastic family based experience. We were invited with our 10 puppy huskies and it was fantastic. They looked after us and the puppies and was greeted with so much love and kindness. Serena and her team are so lovely and it showed that it wasn’t just a business but a lot of heart goes into the service they provide.

Such an amazing experience with the most beautiful littler of Huskies puppies. Can’t wait to go back again. Thank you Serena for such a lovely afternoon and all the information on the breed

Had a wonderful time playing with adorable Husky puppies! Serena is very informative and a great conversationalist. Every staff member was so helpful, engaging with everyone, and ensuring safe and fun interactions with the puppies.

Such an amazing experience playing with little Japanese Akita puppies! We went to Serena's session as a birthday present to my daughter turning 3 who absolutely adores dogs! Not only was Serena lovely, knowledgeable and a great host, she bought my daughter a little birthday gift too!

Had an amazing experience playing with the puppies. The hosts are so welcoming and tell you about the type of dog. Really lovely experience would come again.

I took my daughter to puppy luv today and it was absolutley amazing. When we arrived there were drinks and snacks available for us and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The puppies are so cute and lovely to play with and cuddle. My daughter said this is one of the best days of her life and definitely wants to do this again. A lot of thought went into the event and we will definitely be returning. As someone who is not currently able to have our own dog, this was such a lovely experience and has made us very happy.
