Run!!! My 80yr mother was grief stricken after having to put her Havanese down. She went searching for a puppy and found one. Emotional she bought on line not realizing she would not be in contact with the breeder. As soon as I found out I researched PuppySpot and looked into all the photos. The parents weren't groomed and the momma looked like they just churned puppies through her; with the prices they charge there is no reason the dogs cannot be groomed. I called and was told I could not contact the breeder and that my mother could not cancel without penalty-this was the same day. Needless to say this is an on-line puppy mill system. What breeder would not want direct contact with the person/family buying their puppy or allow for home visits? There are many good breeders still out there that care and do breeding ethically. My parents cancelled their contract and PuppySpot kept $900. Shame on them. Even the airlines give you 24 hours. Buy from a breeder who cares about their pups.

I was interested in getting in contact with a breeder and sent a message using the website. I was called by a salesman. Telling me how good puppyspot is and pushing me to use their delivery service. I was never contacted by the breeder themselves. I decided to use a different method to get the breed that I wanted. I sent a message that read “ thank you for your time but I decided to go a different route” I was then called by the salesman and harasses for not wanting to use puppy spot. He also said that there dogs live longer and was making a bad choice. I am not happy with this experience and I hope others read this before even attempting to use this site.

Customer service is great. Only issue I had was once I made my purchase I was locked out of the system which scared me. Apparently it was a tech glitch.
Breeders should not post puppy’s for purchase if they have a medical issue they can resolve.

Archie arrived safe and sound, and the entire experience felt seamless and highly professional. PuppySpot clearly takes pride in placing their puppies in the right homes, and that level of care really stands out.
Stacey was excellent throughout—responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Gunner and Nathan, who handled the delivery, were also incredibly professional and made the handoff smooth and reassuring.
Overall, a five-star experience. Couldn’t be happier.

I love my puppy. She will be 7 this year but she is not a purebred as advertised. I DNA tested her and she is only 65% Havanese. I didn’t really mind that but she was poorly bred and has had some major health issues that didn’t show up for a few years. The health problems are genetic. To date has cost over 30k in vet bills.
Stay away.

Constant communication kept us informed for the entire process. Henry arrived on time with no issues. He was not stressed out and in perfect shape. They advise you on related products you may need if you’re not an experienced puppy/ dog owner.

Pre-sale communication was excellent. Purchase was seamless. All pre-sale questions were answered promptly. Post sale communication was lacking, but other than that, I’d highly recommend PuppySpot.

In a previous post I stated that the puppy was delivered frequently scratching himself upon arrival. That is true. However, I stated that his scratching was due to 3 ticks immediately noticeable since he is all white. But they were not ticks they were 3 scabs apparently from scratches he had received before delivery. So, there were no ticks, they were scabs and the puppy was immediately taken to my vet for treatment.

The complete experience was very helpful. A lot of useful information was received and greatly appreciated. Sebastian and Tom, the couriers were wonderful. They obviously enjoy transporting the puppies and seem to take wonderful care of them as Bailey was very comfortable when she arrived.

First off, I am happy to report that Puppy Spot was a great decision for my wife and I as we started our adventure to find a new Golden Retriever puppy. Upon our initial inquiry, we were quickly contacted by one of Puppy Spots concierge team members, by the name of Liz Smith! In no time because of Liz we were able to narrow our search and find the perfect Golden Retriever puppy. The experience was to perfect. I recently received the most perfect little puppy, Tuxedo, who obviously had loving care from the breeder. This little guy is full of love, affection and terribly smart!! The people at Puppyspot are everything you could hope for. The only thing I can possibly say is I so wish I could have talked to the breeder but now that I have this amazing little aussiedoodle, nothing would have changed. When I contacted Puppyspot I had courteous staff willing to answer all my questions. The delivery by Premier Pet Transport was top notch. I received a very happy puppy and there is nothing but the most precious new family member. I can't say enough good about the breeder, Puppyspot and Premier Pet Transport.

This was not a smooth experience. Customer service is unreliable and cannot answer simple questions. I had little to no information about my puppy. I was supposed to be the point of contact and each time my husband received correspondence even though I called repeatedly. I asked to speak to a supervisor many times and never received a call back. The only positive was the puppy transport company.
