I am so pleased with getting Penny. Puppyspot took their time and made sure Penny was ready to come into our home. I'm following up with my vet on house training and flea prevention at her young age.

The $200 plus Welcome Box is a ripoff.
The cheapest bed, toys etc are worth about $70, that’s a generous estimate.
And a special Puppy Spot bonus:
he arrived constantly scratching because he was burdened with 3 ticks that were easily noticed because he is all white.

Everything about this process was perfect. One of the best things about PuppySpot is their ongoing and timely updates. It was very much appreciated and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Consequently we were very prepared the day we got our most adorable Shih Tzu. Very thankful for PuppySpot and their 5 Star service.

This was the first time ever utilizing an online platform to purchase something like an animal, but I love the ability to choose from a wide variety of animals. From the point we located the dog we had a person from PuppySpot immediately reached out to us to answer questions and assist us with the purchase of our new furbaby. The person was very nice and expressed a great desire to assist us with anything we could possibly need, even after we paid our money.

After the purchase price of more than $2,500.00 for the dog and almost $900.00 for transportation, I wanted to prepare for our new addition and sent a message to the person who assisted us and asked the size (weight) of the dog so that we would be able to purchase a harness. I never heard anything further from this person. Additionally, I continually tried to get information by attempting to get into my portal on the PuppySpot website, but unfortunately every time I tried, I received a message that stated the website was trying to redirect me too many times.

From the picture provided of our dog from the website, she appeared to be about 20 pounds. Luckily, we did not purchase anything significant because upon her arrival she was 40 pounds.

The delivery process was excellent, the people were kind and loving with our dog, but it was very expensive. We were able to purchase round trip tickets for two from Tennessee to Colorado, for less than what we paid for the dog's delivery.

We absolutely love our new furbaby and are so glad that we were given the opportunity through PuppySpot to get her, but more communication would have been great!

Loved our puppy and the interaction with the customer service team and the breeder. Online account access was terrible so we couldnt see any updates to our puppy and communicate about food etc

I had a great experience adopting my dog from here. The entire process was easy and smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they always responded quickly to any questions I had.

My puppy was delivered healthy, happy, and well-fed, with no issues at all. You can tell they truly care about the animals. The breeder was also very professional and responsible.

Definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Everyone at PuppySpot was so helpful and kind! The only problem we had was miscommunication between Puppyspot and the transport company. Somehow they had us getting two dogs! 🤪 But everyone was helpful in getting it straightened out and we love our little fur baby.

Puppy Spot is where I found the perfect puppy for myself. And they’re delivery service brought him right to my front door. I have been very happy ever since my beautiful miniature Chihuahua has arrived. He looks exactly the way he did in his pictures. I really do love him so much.

Communication and updates helped me be ready for my Shih Tzu puppy’s arrival.
Questions were answered in a timely manner. Transport delivery persons were very informative on Bella’s next feeding and her potty schedule.

Puppy mat was great walked me through everything that I needed and the transport company Premier pet transport. They were terrific. If I was you, I’d have them deliver every puppy because they were very personable and took care of the puppy very well. She was well fed watered all brushed out when she gave them when they gave her to me and she smelled great. It was just a really good experience with these gentlemen’s net was Hunter and Donner I think and but it was really good. I would try them again.

Puppy purchase made easy. I just picked the Puppy they did the rest. When Sara arrived at the house she was beautiful, clean, happy. Sara was a little nervous but that didn't last long at all . I think she likes it here, she is very smart, Sara let's me know when she wants to go out side to do her business . Sara is great! Sara doesn't wine . Thank you puppy spot!

Overall communication was very good and their response time to my questions quick, but it should be for the $750 fee they charge.

Good resource for finding the right puppy and gave lots of helpful on feeding and caring for your pet. Sent to us with samples of food she was receiving from the breeder. Let us know what was happening all along the journey. I highly recommend them if you are looking for that special pet!

I had a very pleasant experience with PuppySpot. Communication was very good, they were always available to answer any question I had, and sent me regular pupdates. Every timeline was met and I would highly recommend them.
