Lack of breeder communication
Minimal to no communication with the breeder made me question the health and safety of the puppy.
Each puppy spot person was helpful but the closed communication with the breeder was very difficult.

Positive experience
I felt that it was good working with the various representatives however the calls are outsourced to India and it was difficult to reach a manager when needed. Otherwise, it was a positive experience and we love our new puppy.

Very responsive to phone calls but I wish that puppy spot would have sent more info regarding the puppy's weight ,degree of potty training ,and essential
issues that come up in puppy care . This way I could have been better prepared for my puppy.

My whole experience from day one when I found my puppy to the delivery was amazing. Good communication for the last two weeks until I got my pup. Premier Transportation delivered my baby safely and right on time, exactly as they said. The whole experience was top notch! I would highly recommend Puppy Spot for you next pup!!
