3 months on and no sign of my order or the promised refund. Keep getting the same replies to my enquiries but they all turn out to be lies. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Another month gone and more broken promises and lies. This business is a disgrace

Very bad experience with Purbat.com
I order a pair of shoes and they sent me a wrong model.
After days and days of email, they said to me that they send the right model to me.
But they lied and said finally they refund me.
Finally, it's been 2 weeks that they told me they refund but nothing on my bank account...
They don't want to get me the proof for refund..
I really feel to have been scammed...
Really disappointed and very furious...
