The service was okay. The UPS delivery was the issue.

At first I didn't receive my order on time so I had to reschedule but this time they were perfect in keeping me updated on my delivery

Great products and payment ability.... But prices are double what the products sale for in the store. Not worth it unless you NEED something bad.

Ordered a couch from them November 22, 2024 and I still have not gotten it. They are, however, taking payments out of my paycheck every two weeks. I’m holding my end of the bargain up but they are not. I’ve attempted to call the company. Purchasing Power says it’s in process to ship and has said this since January 5,2025. The shipping company says it has not been delivered to them yet. No one can tell me exactly where the couch is after 2 months. I’ve attempted to cancel my order and have my money reimbursed but have been told cancellation can take up to 30 days even after already waiting 60 days to receive it. I’ve been dealing with people at both companies since January 5. Today when I got paid Purchasing power still took out the payment for the couch. I will never use this company again. Update: I received this couch on 2/5/25 after 3 months. I paid for it to go into the first room in which the delivery company left it on my porch while it was raining. They told my husband that was as far as they were allowed. I’m still VERY DISAPPOINTED. They gave me a 7% discount at Purchasing Power for all my trouble. I still would not recommend this company.

Yeah it's convenient but they're overcharging people big time!! Claw mobile gaming item is on purchasing power for over a thousand dollars (in the clearance tech section)!! They're literally at Walmart, Best Buy and Amazon for $400-$500. What the heck is that about?? That's freaking robbery!! $500+ extra dollars for what??

Very poor customer service sent me the wrong item they told me to return the item and they would send the right one. When I received the replacement it was not the item but a gift card. Called again and was told they would check into the problem and let me know it’s been 2 days I called again on Thursday and was told maybe They would know something on Monday.

The stuff is great just need the monthly payment a little bit low.

Very upsetting. Ordered 2 adjustable beds for my kids for Christmas. Delivery date said Jan 20-27. Today. Jan 20th I get an email saying my order was cancelled. Out of stock. I called and asked if I could get my free shipping promotion I used if I could find a different bed that was in stock. They said no. They did not try to help at all for a solution.

This company has been great. I only had one problem with them and the resolve it. It took a while but they fixed it. All my orders have been delivered early and not late.

Purchase Power is the best. It’s there when you need it. It’s very convenient. You don’t know when the payments are taken out. You don’t have to worry about the payment and they’ll congratulate you when you finish paying for something. I love purchase power keep up the good work.💯💯💯💯

This company has got to be the worse company I’ve come across. Placed numerous orders and every single time the order gets cancelled. Followed every step that these customer service reps stated and the order continues to get cancelled. Majority of the reps all sound like they are reading from the same sheet and are basically no help. Then they tell you will receive an email stating what’s going only to never receive anything. This company shouldn’t be in business if they can’t even follow through on simple stuff as making sure a customer is being properly helped

I love the fact that my company has this as an option to be able to buy things and not have to worry about the payments cuz it comes out of your check automatically

Items are definitely priced up, which is taken as granted considering they don't charge you interest on your purchase.

However, the biggest issue with this website is they charge shipping fees PER item. I ordered 10 items, and had I not had my "1st time free shipping coupon", i'd have paid an extra $90 for shipping on already overpriced items.

And the funniest part? All 10 items came in the same box. What was I paying shipping for all the items separately if they are all shipping in the same box? Did you charge me $10/item to move it from a shelf to a box..? PS, my items didnt weigh more than 2 pounds, total.. lol

One of my biggest peeves that will stop me from using a website for shopping is charging shipping fees on each item, and sending everything in one box.

I'll come back when that policy is changed.

I was sent a large in ground pool cover instead of the billard cue rack I ordered for Christmas. I opened the box after I completed the construction of my game room and realized it was not the cue rack. I was told by the wonderful fast talking support operator that it was my fault that I received the wrong item and it was after the 30 day return. I'm out of $125 but I have 24 ft pool cover without a pool. Bad customer service
