Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I ordered a coat on December 6th, and on January 14th they told me it was out of stock and that the order was canceled. I used the extra holiday incentive to be able to purchase it,so now that the incentive is over, I don't have enough to purchase a different coat! Why did they not ship it in December when it was still in stock?! Instead they waited over 5 weeks, and by then it was gone! I tried asking for help twice, but English is not their first language and I didn't get any answers.
I am being overcharged every week too! The order packet shows it will be paid in 26 payments, but they charge you the amount it would be if you pay in 24 payments. What's up with that?!

Way over priced charged 620 for a…
Way over priced charged 620 for a 3night hotel stay. The rooms were $88-$98 a night. They can’t tell us where the additional $300 is coming from. We called and are getting no where. Better business bureau we need answers. We were telling them we didn’t get the room we paid for. Not at all. Upon check in the room was totally different

iPhone Advertised as UNLOCKED but NOT!!!
Product physical appearance was not poor. My issue is with Purchasing Power itself and its poor marketing! I ordered and received a phone that was advertised as being “Unlocked” but instead it was not unlocked. In the settings of this “new iphone 16 Pro Max” it actually states “ This device might be restricted to the original carrier and/or have certain capabilities limited. Contact your provider for more info.” I contacted my phone carrier and was told that this was not an unlocked phone, that my phone service could not be transferred to this phone because of this. I then contacted Purchasing Power. The first rep I spoke with troubleshooted but then confirmed & apologized that the phone was not unlocked. He then transferred me to his supervisor who suggested that maybe the phone needed a factory reset because sometimes this can be an issue. I asked why would a new phone need a factory reset. He assured this would take care of the issue, so I did a factory reset. When that failed, the supervisor admitted that this was a mistake on Purchasing Power and gave me the option to return for a refund and or repurchase. He also assured this would not happen a 2nd time if I decided to reorder. However, I’m very skeptical about ordering another phone m out of fear that i’ll receive another phone that’s not unlocked. I will most likely reorder another iphone 16 Pro Max phone just to see if the supervisor’s word is true. If not, I will make my way to the courthouse. Thank you Purchasing Power for causing me to let down my god-child on Christmas Day as this was the gift she was most excited about opening.

I love Purchasing Power, I haven’t had any real issues with them. Products have been very good quality. I would say on their vacation packages make sure you understand all the rules for cancellation. Other than that amazing company to work with and customer service is great.
