The quality of the buttons is great, but she sizing on the button wasn't what I specified on the website. It was printed larger and looks too cramped.

Hello, thanks for the review! Without seeing the design in question I can't offer specific feedback, however it is important to keep important text and images within the depicted "safety zone", when using our templates or our online tool. Due to the way the art is wrapped around the button's 3d form, it is possible that you "lose" a little visual space in this safety zone once the button is pressed.
