I designed these 1" buttons to look like embroidered patches, and the look and feel of the matte finish work great for this. I used the template provided by PureButtons, and I was under the impression based on the proof layer of that file that the orange border would appear thicker when viewed from straight on than it actually is in real life. I did not account for the fact that the orange border wraps onto the edge of the button before the rim text. I opted not to pay for a proof, so this may have been communicated at the proofing stage. If you're designing a small button with a border, be aware that it wraps onto the edge and account for that in the thickness you choose.

Thank you for the review! In our templates we do have the safety zone. This is going to be the edge of what we consider the flat portion of the button before it begins to wrap around the curved edge. I would suggest starting your border inside that ring for more of it to show on the flat face portion of the button.

Off the top of my head, sometimes when ordering using neon colors in an RGB file the printed results can look less vivid due to the restrictions of the CMYK printing process. I will have our production team review your artwork to determine if there is a problem on our end. If you'd like to email a photo of the issue to info@purebuttons.com that would be very helpful. It was an alright product. Smaller than expected and the url font at the bottom of my button was hard to read compared to the proof.

Thanks Brandon. I recommend our 1.5" or 1.75" button which is still considered a smaller size but would suit this design well without being overly large.
Our custom design that we uploaded came out absolutely perfect on the buttons. We are beyond thrilled with the quality!
