Thank you for the review. The 1" button is very discreet. I agree if you're looking for better visibility 1.5" or even 1.75" is better. A lot of people like the 2.25" size for something large but not too big.

Hi Barb, I'm sorry to hear that you don't love your 1" buttons. If the smallest size isn't absolutely necessary, I would definitely recommend switching to our 1.25" or even 1.5" buttons for a larger pin-back that is considerably more substantial: https://www.purebuttons.com/product/15-custom-buttons

Thank you Francis, if you're looking for a small button but something a bit sturdier, I love our 1.25" buttons. Our 2.25" buttons are the starting point many people go to for a medium/larger size.

The image on the buttons is fine, but the vast majority of the buttons came with the pins on the back unhooked, posing a safety hazard when I try to pick up several at once. I hand out many of these buttons at events and must now laboriously prepare to do so safely by attaching all the pins to their hooks.

Thank you for the review Benjamin, yes the 1" buttons come open. I highly recommend the 1.25" buttons which come with a closed and fixed pin-back. I personally prefer them over the 1" for their improved durability and build quality.

There was never an option that said leave at door or require signature, UPS said they couldn’t just leave it and required signature which we did not want, we wanted them to just leave the package. Waited on hold with UPS For 2.5 hours and no one ever answered, customer service at Pure Buttons was no help either so we are without buttons and without our money.

Hi Rick, it appears that UPS attempted to deliver to your concert venue on the 17th but it was closed. Since the location was not a secure address they determined it was not safe to leave the package outside. They attempted delivery two more times with the same issue and are now returning the package to us. If you would like us to try a different address when we receive the order back we're happy to resend it, or we can try USPS instead! Please let us know via email: info@purebuttons.com

Buttons were great. Wish there was a way to visualize them a little better in real life during the proofing step. Felt the 1” was a little too small for my image. But this is not pure buttons fault, all mine.
