These came out really nicely! My only critique is I wish there was a way to preview your order before payment and final submission. It felt like I was flying blind! Luckily these buttons came out incredibly nicely.

I paid a lot extra for expedited shipping and my package arrived 3 days after it was supposed to at a UPS store where I had to pay EXTRA to pick up. When I brought this to the company’s attention they said it was a UPS issue not their issue. By the time I got my buttons my event that I needed them for had passed. Super disappointed.

I'm not quite sure what you're referencing when you say you had to pay more for a pick up, but I'd have to agree this isn't something we set up or charge for. I found pure buttons randomly when I was researching on where I could get some matte finish buttons done. I took a chance on them and I was not disappointed! The buttons were packaged so well, and the quality of the button was better than I was expecting. It was also easy to navigate the customizer tool to place my designs. I am very pleased with them. I will be using them in the future!
