When the pins arrived, they did not look like the proof I had approved. The design had been stretched, causing part of it to run off the edge of the pin. The quality is also noticeably reduced. I have ordered from Pure Buttons before and always been pleased with the products I received. This order was a major disappointment.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your buttons. The design could be made slightly smaller to prevent any of it from wrapping around the curved edge of the button. Also for reference when printing lighter colors you'll see more pronounced halftones when viewing closely. It is possible that you printed higher contrast or more saturated colors in previous orders. Let us know if you'd like to adjust and reprint.
The buttons arrived quickly and look great! All 5 designs were exactly as expected.
