This was our first order, so we placed it and then sent in our tax exempt status proof. Customer service was so fast we had a response the next day, and our buttons within the week! 1.5 inch seemed small at first but they are the perfect size to pin on a corner of our conference badge, or put it in a zipper hole to make a cool zipper pull. They are certainly sturdy and much better quality than our button badge kit could have produced.
