I first found this product in a little store in Camden, Maine, "The Smiling Cow", that I have frequented many years during annual vacations. Upon returning home, some people commented on the buttons. Hello Susan, I took a look at your order details and pulled up the transaction with our credit processor and I do not see any evidence of double billing. You may be referring to the rush fee you chose during checkout, but this is an optional up charge.
