I was pleased the buttons arrived within a week of placing my order. Last year the buttons I ordered were very dark compared to the computer picture I made and ordered. They were replaced, but I had to pay the postage extra. This year, I was hoping the pins would be better, and upon receiving, realized they were darker all around again, than the computer picture. Reading your fine print, it said something like only blue and pink would be darker, but that was not true. Also, I really only wanted 57 pins but had to order 75. There was also no place to add a note before placing the order, to say anything, like I only want 57, or please lighten the whole color on the pin. I realize I could have paid extra to have a preview done, but that seemed like a waste of money, when I could have just written, please lighten pin colors. Thank you.

Other than the pin being misaligned on many of the buttons in my order I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Hi Mark, the pins do have a bit of wiggle room for adjustment, but if some of your pins are truly pinned crooked beyond reason, we definitely want to know about them. Please email pictures to info@purebuttons.com so we can fix things for you.
