Michael, I looked at your communication history with our art team and see that you submitted flattened, low resolution artwork with no bleed that did not fit the product ordered. Our team tried accommodating this by proofing it on a rectangle keychain instead, and you were not happy with how it looked. I highly recommend using the online customizer tool to get a layout that you approve of before ordering if you were to do so in the future.

Bought keychains to sell as merch for my band. A lot higher quality and more durable than the other ones we bought for sure! Being double sided is a plus because sometimes the chain flips to the blank side and now they dont see our logo
