Keychains came out perfect. Graphics are great. Seem very durable. The only issue I had was when designing it on their site, I wasn't able to change the color font within the same sentence. I was able to highline certain letters but when I tried to change the color , the complete sentence changed. I did send a note and I did receive a response but I ended receiving it the way I submitted it. Still 5 stars. Can't fault them for the program. Fast response, great product. Will purchase again.

Francine, I'm sorry you are experiencing this stress related to import fees. We make special note on our website that international orders are subject to import fees / taxes by your local government. There also may be brokerage fees depending on locality. Fees tend to increase significantly on larger value orders. We do not have control over these taxes and fees, nor are we able to quote them before the order is placed.
This is my second order of these and they have been a great addition to my membership packets
