Great if you just want to shop online, but I haven’t found any restaurants or retailers that will take the card in person, they want you to scan you pure card as you would a bank card, this is not possible, you also can’t add it to Apple Pay to make it more accessible when purchasing on the high street

Was able to use it online for a great shopping experience..

Set the card up and unable to use it. Now won't log me in and so absolutely pointless and unable to use it. I feel like this was a scam to get me to use their network and not actually allow me to have the reward. Terrible.

Didn't like the fact that it was not contact less which rendered useless to use in shops. Also its difficult to use online as many retailers would not accept it. I've still got it with the £100 intact because it's difficult trying to use it. I'm not impressed with it at all.

Cons, you can’t use it in a Shop or Store only online. Apart from that it is very good. It would be excellent if it was both in shop and online.

Outstanding gift, a nice gesture. A little annoying getting it all set up.

The gift of a reward card was very much appreciated however the experience of trying to make a purchase was less so. They are very restricted in that it appears their use is limited to on line purchases. In addition, the card can only be used up to its total value and any expenditure below this leaves a random amount that is difficult to spend. I spoke on the telephone with Reward Card and BT staff because the item I was trying to buy was £4.99 above the reward card value and it was continually rejected. There is no scope to either top up the difference on the card before or after a transaction. It is also difficult to pay the difference by other means. Eventually it was the ingenuity of two members of staff in the Curry’s Kidderminster store who made the purchase possible by selling me a gift card for £4.99, this allowed me to use Curry’s on line and pay with a combination of the gift card and use the reward card to its maximum value. The whole experience was frustrating and time consuming.
