We have been sent 2 bottles of oil that are best before July 2025

The company got in touch with me, apologised for the delay and sent my order, with complimentary bottle, on to me. It arrived today so have no complaints. First time user so can't give a review of the product as I haven't tried it but once communication was established I can't complain about the service.

My main problem during the last few months has been falling asleep due to stress and anxiety problems. For months I have been taking pills to sleep with which the next day I found it hard to concentrate because I was still under the effects of them.
I was recommended to try cbd in oil and for the last month it has helped me sleep better and reduce anxiety without any side effects. I absolutely recommend it.

We spent £216 on 2 bottles of CBD oil on Monday evening 24 June, 2024. Their website says "Free next working day delivery in the UK (Mon-Fri)". By Wednesday we had heard nothing: no communication after the initial invoice; no courier tracking number etc. We tried to email, call, send messages through their website email portal, and use the chat that claims to respond immediately, but nothing worked, there were no replies and no way to get in touch. Our final resort was to leave the 1 star trust pilot review. Then they engaged but it still took several days to courier the oil to us, arriving on Friday 28. They offered an extra bottle for the inconvenience and referred to difficulties with their supplier. On receiving the complementary bottle yesterday, July 4th I noticed the Best Before date was July 2024. We checked the other bottles and discovered all three were sold with only 1 month shelf life remaining. We paid £216 for 2 bottles of CBD oil with 1 month shelf life. I am very shocked and concerned. The packaging looks legitimate, and it's properly batch labelled, but it's almost past its use date. Maybe they were once a reputable outlet, but something isn't right here now. If they had problems with their supplier, then a simple out-of-stock message or a refund would have been the ethical path. I have emailed them with my concerns and asked for an explanation. I am a reasonable person and do not wish to add to the woes of any business by giving poor reviews, but our experience to date has been worrying. I remain open to hearing further explanation for the problems here.

Did not help my pain at all. Could hardly read the writing on the bottle. Delivery was very good though. Won’t be buying itagain

Well is first time when I ordered this product and surprise I just have few day since I started to take it and I slept so much better in the night time , I was in doubt to be honest because I didn't know how good it is but looks like is really good and definitely recommend it! Been using this for the last couple of years for our daughter have tried others but this certainly seems to help the most for her alongside her normal medication a little expensive but we'll worth it

I used the 3000mg CBD oil, it helped me with me aches after training and also it helped me to sleep better.

I've had a recent bathroom flood which has caused me nothing but stress and the Broad Spectrum CBD 1200mg has really helped get me through it. Its not tasteless but the taste isn't very strong and not at all bitter. I've been adding it to my usual green tea without it really changing the taste.⁣
My anxiety has definitely improved the longer I've been using it and I feel it is helping me to drift off to sleep easier than if I haven't taken it. I love that the dropper has the measurements because sometimes it's hard to judge a dose.⁣
I really don't have a preference when it comes to full or broad spectrum as I like the benefits each give but if you want help with your overall wellbeing then Pure CBD Health broad spec oil is for you and it's a perfect beginner oil or for the more experienced user.
The website is easy to navigate and the fact the lab reports on the oils are readily available show they are transparent and trustworthy. Delivery was super quick and was packaged very well.
I would absolutely recommend and will continue using.

I absolutely love everything about this company and highly rate their CBD oils. I’ve been using the 1200mg oil before bed every night for 2 weeks and I’ve already seen an improvement in my sleep quality. I also love that there are added terpenes in the oil and the packaging is made sustainably which is an added bonus! It’s safe to say I’m obsessed.
