Regardless of the cost of living rising, they still kept good affordable prices for such a great product.
I only buy matcha from them!

The only little feedback I would give is that the mint matcha doesn't taste like mint at all, but it's still lovely quality matcha. I support them since 2021 and will go on doing it because of how good this company is!

Much to be desired from their customer service!

I waited 7 working days before checking my order and realising my phone had put in parts of two different addresses, cursing my auto fill going wrong I asked them if they could correct the issue, providing my billing address and shipping address.

The response I got was curt and said I should get in touch with Royal Mail to sort this out. After finally getting through to someone, they said it's a lot easier for the company to recall the package and send a new order to me.

So I ask, can this be done please?
The response I received was as a one-time courtesy they will do this. Provide the address for shipping.

So I sent back a screengrab of how in the first message I had provided this information already.

I get the feeling whoever is in customer service shouldn't be there. Yes a mistake was made but blaming the customer for it in a rather curt fashion and then only responding to direct requests, trying to push the work onto them at any given chance, I hope they get a professional in to do this job instead. The attitude wasn't great and performance only a notch above mediocre.

The product has yet to arrive and I really hope it was worth over two weeks of waiting for it.

Usual order of 2 pots of matcha tea received, easy ordering, good price, quick delivery, excellent service as always.

Very good products, I ordered the rooibos jars this time! Slightly confused with the packaging as I thought I'd ordered matcha by mistake but it was rooibos inside so panic over 😅

Quality product and amazing customer service very caring and understanding when my product didn’t arrive. I cant get enough of this Matcha powder it is a good quality product and I’ve been using this for months. I have one cup a day and I also add it into my Greek yogurt with a little honey and it tastes great.

Duo pack of teas arrived promptly and appropriately packaged.
Enjoying experimenting with the Matcha Tea, so far hot and cold drinks and have discovered that I need to add sweetener, as suggested. Vanilla Syrup seems to hit the mark for me.
Yet to try the Matcha and mint.
The Pure Chimp Matcha spoon is useful, ensuring correct measurement and much cheaper direct than from other sellers.
Great to support an organisation that is using natural and environmentally friendly products. AND some of the profits go to 'Save The Chimps'.
Fab all round experience.
