Latest order was some fuel injectors and oil cooler parts. Parts came on time, PDP checked the ESN to the parts and had to swap a few, glad they checked before it shipped.

The price of what I purchased has been…
The price of what I purchased has been better than most places. Only issue was having to call and get the parts coming. First part was on back order and my call prompted them to check on it. Resulted in them discounting me on a more expensive part. Now I’m waiting on the other part to come that also was not in stock. It’s good it’s my personal vehicle and not a customer.

Hi Brian, thank you for your orders. I apologize you received damaged goods. The items you received damaged did not cost you anything to return, we had the shipping carrier cover the return freight. The only thing you needed to pay for shipping on were the items you decided you wanted to return after you received them. We cannot pay for shipping & insurance on an item you decided you no longer wanted, my apologies.

Hi Amelia, thank you for your order. To clarify, one of the items you ordered was out of stock at our WI warehouse. It would have taken another 4-5 days for the item to arrive to our WI warehouse to ship with the other item. By paying the extra $10, we were able to direct-ship that item from the MFG to get you your items sooner. I'm sorry if that wasn't better explained. We appreciate your business.
