Sure wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered.

I ordered the fleecy chair cover on Dec 22 and I have yet to receive it. Sure wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered it. Looks like it is a scam and I've got a feeling I'll never receive it. I finally received my chair cover today (1-14-21) and I can't say that I'm very happy with it. I'd only give it half a star at most. Elastic band around back is too short and has almost ripped out of the right side where it is sewed on. I'm going to have to add more elastic, move it down farther and sew it on better. Also, the sides where the pockets are do not extend far enough over the arms so pocket openings are on top of the arms and therefore pockets are unusable. I want to return it and get my money refunded.

Should be a option for NO STARS! Terrible company. Ordered back in April 6 chair covers and nothing after multiple emails! Not a reliable company at all! Sickening

I ordered a pair of yoga socks for varicose legs for mommy and a german century ring for daddy on 20 november 2019. Still no sign of delivery package or tracking, now website its shutdown (so i think no more possible to see for tracking number). Stay away from those thief... 30 euro for two item in chart i didnt became poor men, but them loose dignity for nothing..

Same experience

Same experience. Ordered back in Jan and today received a notification I got a package by mail. Will wait the worse, talking about quality. I should have done a search online before ordering anything with this people.

Update. I received the package and got just one cover of 6 that I ordered. And had to pay duties for 6. Stay away of this company.

Purefeel... purethief

Purefeel? Pure thief! I ordered on 6th April. Tracking info is false, I opened a case with PayPal and when PP contacted the seller they provided an entirely different tracking number that magically shows as delivered in early May, during the current crisis I'd hardly see that something would get here in a little over 4 week from China, never mind the fact it's not the right tracking info and I never got my package. Don't touch with a barge pole, lying shi*tehawks!
**update**
I reported the purchase to PayPal, after a lot of back and forward I eventually got a positive result and PayPal found in my favour and I recieved a full refund! If you've purchased via PayPal it's worth pursuing a claim!

Update:
So I received the first package last week. Horrible quality incomplete set. For those waiting be prepared to be disappointed.

It's been 4 months and I have not received anything. Spent hundreds of dollars. Shipping is untraceable. No way of contacting them. This definitely is a scam.

On 09/03/2020, i ordered chair covers for my chairs and i never received them. I went on their website and now it says unavailable, I have written them an email and they have never responded.

Don't make an order to them!!

On March 12

On March 12, 2020, i ordered chair covers for my chairs and i never received them. I went on their website and now it says unavailable, i called them and the number does not exist, I called Shopify but they cannot do anything. Purefeel is in my opinion a scam. I have written them over 20 emails and they have never responded. So i will be report them to the Better Business Bureau. I refuse to keep being scammed by all these fake businesses.

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. When I finally received my “order”, it was NOT what I ordered. Wrong color, wrong pattern and cheap crap. I plan to contact my credit card company tomorrow to file a claim for a refund. Also, I checked the return address on the package and it’s a gas station Convenience store in Alabama. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. UPDATE: they are now selling under the new Name of EARLYCOLORS and TASTEFULBUY. Once again, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute crap. Nothing like what was picture. Pure garbage. Not what I ordered AT ALL. False advertising. Wrong color, wrong pattern. I will be contacting my cc company and starting a dispute immediately

I had a great experience with this…

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered twice and received my covers exactly as described and as I ordered. My first order I was concerned as shipping was taking awhile which is noted when ordered. However I contacted them through Facebook and was able to get a response. When ordering from China, shipping always takes long. I ordered prior to virus. Currently with the epidemic going on, it will take even twice as long I am sure, as is everything else shipping wise. I have been waiting over 2 months for a completely different order from a different company from China, it is what it is. Dealing with these companies from Asia is definitely not easy as it is in other countries, however patience is important. For those that can't get through on the website, try going through Facebook. Sorry to hear of the negative experiences others are having. My experience with them and with the product was great considering!

This is the worse company ever to order…

This is the worse company ever to order from. It is a scam. I ordered the chair covers and then an hour later decided to cancel so I wrote back. They asked for my order number and I gave it to them and then never heard from them, but they did not waste a minute to debit my credit card. Every time I try to track down my order, they say the site is not accessible. I guess I got screwed out of $60.00 CDN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered chair covers near the end of…

I ordered chair covers near the end of March I have not received them yet, it now May 10 2020. I can't seem to log on the website to check or send any email regarding my order. This is terrible people are out here getting over people this way. I have tried Purefeel.com and it said " oh'o something happen" does anyone know anyway to get a hold of this company, please help?

It is now August 2020 / no chair covers yet, I give up

Nothing is right about this company

Nothing is right about this company. The ship time is 5x what they say. I canceled my order but they ignored my request. Do not respond to emails and when the product finally arrives its a totally different colour than ordered I ordered white and got yellow).
I would never order from this store.
Also it looks like they closed it down. Probably open under another name and scam some more people.

I also ordered chair covers and when I received them was nothing like I ordered. I have contacted paypal and an email was sent to the seller. I received and email yesterday claiming what I ordered is correct which anything but. I have again sent an email through PayPal and if I do not get a full refund I can & will be taking it further through PayPal to recover my money. I too now believe it to be a bogus seller & scammers as I too have tried to look at their website which is no longer active. So would say they made their money.

Products were nothing like described or pictured on their website. Product received was a cheap stretch fabric in a different color. 2 Piece and they advertise as a 1 Piece Website is also now down, I assume it is a scam website. I have mailed but no reply

Likely scam website, avoid!

Products were nothing like described or pictured on their website. Product received was a cheap stretch fabric in a different colour. Website is also now down, I assume it is a scam website. Currently disputing through PayPal. Don't shop here!
