Very bad customer service

Ugly and not what I ordered!

It took me over 2 months to receive my chair covers and when they arrived, they were not even close to what I ordered. They were not the same color or texture as depicted on their site and were made of a very cheap material which was like cheap sheets. Also, the covers have corners that stick out and do not pull flush with the chair as depicted in their photos. Since they are from China, I will just throw them away rather than waste my money sending them back. I've learned a valuable lesson; never order something on-line from China!

I placed an order

I placed an order. Order was incorrect and they are too small. Sent an email and no response. Will never order out the country again. Wasted $$$ and still need chair covers. Will not stop here. Reaching out to better business bureau as well. They are robbing us.

Ordered chair covers over 11 weeks and not receive it

I ordered chair cover in Jan 2020 and not receive it yet. Sent couple emails and always said it is on the way since mid Feb 2020.

Not sure this is a scam business or a normal way for them to ship goods?

Do not recommend to purchase anything from them unless you have plenty time to deal with them.

Chair Covers

Just recieved my order after a very long wait and so disappointed. Nothing like the colour I ordered. I wish I had of read these reviews first. Lesson learned!! Very, very disappointed.

Worst company

Worst company. 3 month wait to get wrong merchandise and 4 month to get an answer to my emails. Still they ask me to pay for return. The worst material ever, bad bad bad.

I ordered the sofa covers from Purefeel…

I ordered the sofa covers from Purefeel in November 2019 and just now got my order 4/7/2020. The items was nothing like they look like in the online store, the color was completely different and it is a very fine fabric. I would not recommend buying anything from them. Since they are in China it's not worth returning to get my money back so I am out over $100.

Everything went well!

After reading the reviews here, i was scared, thinking is a scam again. Had chased them through emails but always comes with a standard reply. I think this is due to limited English proficiency. After 2.5 months, to my surprise, I received the parcel today and everything was good as per ordered. I guess it is the Covid 19 that disrupts their delivery schedule. Am happy with the purchase.

They are a fraud, the don't send you whatever you buy from them and when you ask for your order the keep sending you emails asking you for patients

Also scammed

Also scammed. Same story as everyone. Bought 6 chair colours, arrived months late - Wong color (weird brown not white) and didn’t work on the chairs at all, but we have a chair like in their image. Contacted them about 6 times. Once said they promise to help. 1.5 months later than that, never did. Also, company wasn’t purfeel when we registered (which is why I didn’t see these reviews.)

THE MORE CLAIMS THE BETTER. SHE CLAIMS TO BE WORKING OUT OF THE UK. THEY DONT HAVE HER BUSINESS LISTED THERE OR IN CANADA.
SHE'S THE OWNER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON.
SCAM. NO DELIVERIES NO REFUNDS . Shame on FB . The FTC fined them 5 billion follows for the 500 million accounts that were hacked and they told no one.

Appalling company

Would give zero if I could. Why oh why did I not research this company. No chair covers to be seen after nearly two months and the usual "wait patiently" email I received when I complained. I've obviously been scammed. I will avoid buying from Facebook ads in future. Dreadful company and no recompense. We've all lost our money.

I was scammed too. Sent several emails no answer.,Makes me MAD! Spent $100 on 01/12/2020 and haven’t heard a word. I used PayPal.. hopefully I’ll get $ back,, I tried writing a post WITHOUT a star but had select a star. Not worthy of (1) star.,

I wished that I have read all these…

I wished that I have read all these reviews first as I’ve fallen to be another one of their victims. Ordered chair covers with textured patterns on them, a few months later...finally got them, but of course, not close to what I ordered. Obviously I emailed them along with attachments of photos I took to compare and explain to them that they got the orders wrong.
They wrote back saying it’s the same. What I received was plan red covers, but I clearly ordered the textured pattern ones. I even took snapshots of my order and photos to show them.
They can’t be any different, how can they not tell them apart? I’m like others writing reviews on here, I feel ripped off, cheated and deceived by this company. It’ll be the first and last time that’s for sure.
It pays to do research on a company before purchasing anything and read the reviews before making any decisions.
Sad company, sad reviews from another highly disappointed customer. This company is sterling money of people and the truth are in the reviews. You have been warned!!

Waste of time and your money

Waste of time and your money, stay away!

This company is a con artist. Bought 4 chair covers and they sent me the wrong chair cover colour. Returning the 4 covers would cost me more then the product itself cost combined... so I unwilling took their ‘partial return refund’ offer.... well the refund never arrived... and when I wrote over and over again to follow up they denied they are at fault at all and won’t refund me... Still have the pictures of the wrong product but they deny and don’t pay back!

They are cons, I would avoid this company all together.

Bad customer service
I purchased my couch covers in November to arrive before Christmas. I received it after Christmas and didn’t fit at all. I am still going back and forth trying to get my refund. It has been a complete nightmare trying to reach someone.
They finally sent me an address in china to return the items back to and I have to pay for shipping!
Then once they receive it they will give me a refund. That sounds shady to me. I don’t even know if that address is valid. Never ordering from this company again and I will continue to write reviews on other sites to warn people.

Like many of the other reviewers, I am very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered 6 chair covers. The covers that were delivered were wrong. I sent photos of what I received compared to what I ordered. After a few more emails back and forth, they finally wrote back and tried to convince me there was just a little color difference. ANYONE looking at the photos would be able to tell that a tan-colored smooth cover (what they delivered) does not compare to a cream-colored diamond patterned surface (what I ordered).

Their final email, received this morning, is that I can return the product AT MY EXPENSE. Well, that's not going to happen. They should pay for the return or reimburse me for the cost of the wrong product.

Thanks goodness I paid with PayPal and not a credit card. I would not want these people to have access to my credit card account number.

This is what they say about customer service on their website. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.

"If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolute ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right."

I do not generally write reviews, either positive or negative. However, this company has done a miserable job of satisfying this customer. I hope others will not fall for their false claims.

I am so sad to see these reviews

I am so sad to see these reviews. I was so excited to get these chair covers. That was 2 months ago and they never sent them and obviously they never will. They are from China so no way to get anything back. I emailed them so many times. They don't let on they are from China. Also there is another Company Mfshoppingmall.com they are from China too. I ordered a wedge pillow the picture looked nice and they talk about a cover that is cotton. When I got the wedge it was a cheap piece of plastic that you have to blow up no cover and of course the picture doesn't show the piece that you have to blow up they never mention it. The Chinese are ripping us off. Never again.
