Absolutely pathetic. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered chair covers, apparently they got returned by the local postal service for wrong address. Have been reshipped a month ago but nothing has arrived. No answer to my emails and they have kept my money. Not ordering from them again. Never ever again. Theives the bloody lot of them

I wish I could rate them lower than a 1 star! Placed an order with them over 2 months ago and never received my order. The only way to contact them is through email and the only response I got was wait patiently and then no response when I emailed them a second time wsnting to know where my order was. This is a scam!!!!! Do not order from them. Should have read the reviews before ordering!!!!

If i had the option of rating them lower than 1 star i would!! Got the product and it was the wrong pattern. Sent it back and I've never received the correct order NOR a refund! DO NOT PKACE AN ORDER WITH THE PEOPLE!!!

I wish I could rate it zero. The chair covers i ordered don't fit and it's impossible to return them. I have to return them to China, not the distribution point in the U.S. and have to use Chinese characters in the address, which I can't do. Hence, I'm out the money I spent. Don't ever deal with this company in China. I ordered them from Purefeel on Amazon.com

Cheap product and no-return policy. No response by this horrible company.

where this shop from? i thought it is local shop, price $ may in SGD, at d end it is USD price!!! So all be carefully.

Absolute scam! Paid for chair covers. I never received them. When I emailed the company they told me to check my neighbor’s house. They would not confirm the the address it was sent to and despite several emails they have still not refunded me nor have I received the actual chair covers! DO NOT use this company!

ordered chair covers jan 8 2020. I have emailed them a few times and no response. have not received them. wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. dealing with China is a nightmare. beware.

I ordered three sets of cover chair and a sofa cover on December 28 2019. I spend over $100 dollars and I only received 8 chair covers. Until today 02/05/2020 I haven't received the rest of my items and now that I'm requesting my money back they're not even responding my emails.

The customer service is terrible, they only communicate thrue email and every time I asked where is the rest of my order or when I'll get it the only answer I get is "Wait patiently".

The persor responding the emails never follow up with me to give me updates on the rest of my order.

Do Not spend a Penny with these thief nor you want to deal with incompetent people with horrible custumer service.

Remember they're in China they don't give a dawm if you received your order or not after they got ur money you're on ur owm. The worst part was that they made me look so bad in front of my family becuse those items were gift the I have promised to a family member! 😡😠😫

Scam scam haven’t heard from them after they took my $41.00 I email them several times but they don’t reply. I wish I had read the reviews before I made the order 😡

ABSOLUTE SCAM AND LIARS
Ordered chair covers in December, 2019, but, they are the WRONG covers - cheap and nasty polyester and two covers don't even match the other six! I had photos of the order and the type of chair cover and sent them photos of what I ordered and what I got. There is NO similarity, but, they insist it is the same cover I ordered. Also, two of the eight covers are half covers and must be for mini chairs. And they charged me in US Dollars on the Australian advertised site! Asking Office of Fair Trading to shut them down. Dishonest, cheap and nasty scam artists!

I just received the chair covers today and I couldn't believe, it's completely different from the pictures. Colour, material and quality. Horrible!!!

My first time ordering. Had to request an update on the order since I hadn't heard from Purefeel about tracking the order. Tried the one chair cover and looked nice.

I wish I'd read reviews in advance. Anyway, I ordered chair covers in Nov 2019 hoping for pre xmas delivery. Much to my surprise having read the reviews now, my product arrived but my delivery note was misplaced and by the time I went to pick it up from the local post office they had returned it!! So I never got to see the chair covers and since then I have emailed a few times, first to ask for them to please resend the items and then, after reading the reviews, to say don't bother resending just give me a refund. Either was I doon't know whether the covers would have been as awful as described by others but right now I am out of pocket and not getting any response from the company. I hope to receive either the items or a refund in which case I would change my review.....

Do not buy from this store. I ordered some chair covers they came 2 months after I ordered. They don't look like the picture on their website. I have emailed them so many times regarding a return. they have not responded to any of my emails. DO NOT BUY from them. I am stuck with some chair covers that are cheap, don't fit and bad quality.

I waited 3 weeks and the chair covers doesn't fit a standard size chair. Sent emails to find out how to return and get a refund. This company stopped responding to emails so I'm stuck with product of no use.

Products are cheap and don't look as good as the pictures. I ordered a ring that took weeks to arrive and it is unwearable because it looks so different from the photos. Borderline false advertising. Don't buy from here.

I ordered from Purefeel Nov. 23, 2019. My order consisted of two car LED lights that came to almost 40$ and four chair covers that was about 28$....I waited patiently. I had to email them a month later about my order for them to tell me that it was on its way. Another three weeks went by without receiving the order, so I made a claim with paypal. A week after I made the claim, the order arrived incorrect. They short me two chair covers, and now they're unreachable. This is unacceptable. I will NOT be ordering from them ever again. If I knew they would refund my money right a way, I'll send everything back!!

They sent me the wrong chair covers and won't admit that the sent me the wrong product. Have tried several times to contact them but to no avail. I will see if I can drop by their so called warehouse address that they had on their packages sent.

Please don't buy anything from this site.
