Ordered chair covers over a month ago
Ordered chair covers over a month ago. Money was debited from my bank account next day. Have not received items nor a response to the three emails I sent over the last two weeks. Wonder how many thousands of dollars they have wrongfully acquired by scamming people? Lesson learned...the hard way.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered seat covers believing their website's claim of 12-20 days for delivery. Messeged them a month after the order and was told item has not been shipped yet. Asked for a refund and was ignored for a week, after which they told me its too late to refund as the item has shipped. Still waiting now and no idea when (if ever) ill be receiving it

This company is a scam. The owner is the customer service person. She stated she was located in the UK. Not true. She's located in China. Doesn't send orders nor refunds. You get a constant around. Everyone needs to file a complaint with the FTC. She doesn't care what you say. She has your money.
