So far so good
So far so good. My case is still in progress, so not sure ultimately what the outcome will be but it has been pretty straight forward thus far have. I had a few issues with opening secure e-mails from both Facebook messenger and on IOS and Android mobile devices, but to be fair I would rather that things were secure and locked down rather than compromising the communication that I receive from them. The claims handlers are always professional and polite and I have always got the answers I need to questions.

Pure legal made a scary process, a lot less scary! the whole process…
Pure legal made the whole process simple, and they were very helpful throughout. I have never used a solicitor for this kind of claim before, and the whole thing seemed very daunting. Pure legal made sure that I was protected from the scary bits, and walked me through the process one step at a time. Fantastic
