Easy to use, friendly service
I found the service on Facebook, and sent through a query via messenger app. The team responded and phoned me back within 5 minutes, even though it was 4:50PM. They explained in simple terms what an application would entail and what they would need from me, what the process and intended outcome was, how long to expect it to take and also what my chances were of receiving a payout, assuming all went well. I was happy to proceed and that same day received my agreement with them via email which was easy to submit and sign on my phone, and took about 15 minutes in all.
My case is ongoing as it relates to a major breach which has affected many other people, so we have not yet reached the settlement end of the journey. The team have kept in contact via email updates and let me know how they are progressing each time there is news.
I would highly recommend contacting Pure Legal if you have had a data breach and would like to know about or proceed with a compensation claim.

They contact you demand the world to process a claim... 1 year later NOT A WORD! When you finally get through they say awaiting funding? No win no fee? What funding, they will not reply to mails etc when you ask for your personal documents back. Currently discussing police involvement as this could be a very nasty scam.

I also would give 0 stars as I was promised so much in the begining years later to be told they wasnt going to go ahead with it but havnt cancelled the very high loan they have in my name, it's been a year and loan is still outstanding and pure dont answer the phone lines!

Not happy
Having been in a mortgage claim with Pure legal for nearly 3 years I am now unfortunately starting to believe, like others have said, it’s a scam.
They’ve taken out the loan in my name but will now not answer a phone or email.
They initially sounded very promising and I did a lot of research into them, there were no bad reviews back then. Unfortunately it seems to have been a ‘long con’ and only now their true motive transpires.
I do hope I’m wrong but I’m not hopeful. If you’re reading this Pure Legal please get in touch as you are not answering my calls or emails.
Edit - They have been in touch today and all seems to be still on track. I’ll leave this review up for now and hopefully when I get a positive outcome I’ll be changing it to a 5 star review.
