I am very impressed with the service i received all through my contact with your company. I was dealt with very efficiently and timely and the matter was resolved after just a couple of months. My case handler Ian MC creath, was fantastic he kept me updated at all times. He contacted me at every date he said he would. He got the matter concluded with a brilliant outcome at a really speedy time of a couple of months , when i wasn't really expected to get much outcome from the matter. I would like to say a huge thank you to Ian for being such an asset to your company and helping me immensely.

The UDC team at Liverpool have been dealing with a claim we had for Undisclossed Comision on a mortgage for approx 2 years it went as far as they arranged a loan with Novitas they sent a courier to our home on two occasions to get photos of my husbands driving licence and of utility bills, they asked me to get a copy of our Data acssess report regarding a mortgage we had been stitched up with. We have signed that many letters of authority have lost count then just after Christmas 2021 they sent us a letter stating that the time had expired on our claim and they were not able to deal with it anymore. this went down like a lead baloon to say the least as my husband who is just 70yrs was rushed to hospital on 1st October 2020 and is now undergoing treatments for Angina and blocked heart valve. Not impressed with them at all.Our claim is out of time because of their incompitence as they were aware they had taken that many cases on they did not have the time to deal with them all. Now waiting on a solicitor who states our claim does still have substance and he will deal with it. very angry lady

At the start of my claim for over charged interest rates on my morgage pure legal moved heaven and earth to get the paper work sorted and signed this as end of 2020, but now NOTHING no feedback after I’ve sent many emails requesting an update.
