I ordered a bag from Pure Luxuries, royal.mail said it had been delivered but I didn't get the bag. I emailed them to the fact, I was very upset, Dan soon sorted out the problem for me, and this morning I took delivery of my lovely leather bag. Thank you Dan and Pure Luxuries. I will certainly order from you again.

Received my Marta cross body bag today.
Whilst I love the bag and it's well made, I'm just not convinced however that it is in fact real leather. . I would have expected it to have the real leather logo somewhere, but it doesn't.

I ordered the Pure Luxuries London Kiana Nappa Leather Cross-Body Phone Bag in pink via Next direct. The name was not written on the bag in the front in gold and the colour was not a soft pink but more of a dull tan-brown shade. Also, the sides of it on the top did have quite large gapes. It looked too boxy and stiff. Returned.

The first bag arrived with the 'pure luxuries' writing upside down.
I returned it and asked for a replacement but wanted thier quality control team to check it thoroughly first.
The 2nd bag arrived and the front zip was too rough to close properly.
Sadly, pure luxuries is a great title but they don't live up to it

The quality of the leather was dire on the front of the bag. I’ve only given 2 stars as it was a fast delivery.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Bought a pair of shoes and what arrived were not the correct size. Made it very difficult to return the item and would not meet the cost which as it was in China cost a fortune. I retunred the item at great expense and received no refund. The company are saying the item was not delivered despite confirmation from delivery company and the tracking number being provided. This company is a con. About to report to trading standards.

I recently purchased a Nina bag in peach pink via the Next website. I am returning it straight away. I bought it discounted and still think it is a total waste of money. If I had paid full price for it I would have been disgusted. It is really thin, flimsy poor quality leather. No way to fasten it so it would gape open if you put anything in it. The finish is also poor. It arrived with creases and dimples in it. The last thing I would call it is pure luxury.

My boyfriend bought me a bag August for my birthday in October. (So I never got it until October) used it for 2 weeks then was in hospital for few weeks. So basically used bag from December. It has frayed really badly. Definitely not luxury but as it was bought over 6 months ago nothing can be done

I have had a few items bags and purses from this company and the products are first class.
Delivery is free which is a bonus theses days and the items arrive within 3 days would highly recommend

Had a fantastic experience with Dan after the royal mail lost my purchase, Dan made the sometimes long, boring and tedious processs of replacement both easy and pleasent in equal measures. Well done Dan

Just ordered another lovely bag. I made a mistake when ordering so contacted customer services but Dan sorted my query out straight away - i was so impressed as it was quite late in the day too on Friday. Bag arrived this morning ( Thursday) and very beautifully packaged too, so a very quick delivery especially as its free delivery, and its perfect. Thank you to the team there, especially Dan in customer services.

I’m not giving 5 stars yet because I just received my delivery and don’t know about the performance but I’m really delighted by the Derby chestnut handbag and Isabel nut purse I’ve purchased, they seem to be of good quality, they are classy and smell nice leather. I was a bit sceptical at first as I was recently scammed by a supposed leather handbag company, but I can assure everyone Pure Luxuries London is genuine and the delivery is from UK and done within one week.

Made my first handbag purchase from Pure Luxuries last week. I wasn't sure what the handbag would be like at such a good price. My handbag arrived today (Monday) and I only ordered it on Thursday so very quick delivery. It was beautifully and carefully packaged too. I ordered the Keira tan and it is absolutely perfect and I am so pleased with it. I tend to hang my bags from my shoulder and the straps are just the perfect length for that. Pure Luxuries will definitely be my 'go-to' shop for handbags in the future.

Purchased the Freer' Rich Chestnut Leather Tote. It arrived today, it's gorgeous and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The quality is fantastic, the leather is butter soft. I'm really taken by the gold embossed logo as it matches the gold hardware perfectly. I will certainly be buying from this company again and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of treating themselves. Delivery was lightning fast. 👍😁

I ordered a Colette powder pink handbag, and it’s beautiful. Soft leather, and great quality. Delivered on time, and packaged well.
I haven’t used this company before, but will definitely do business with them in the future.

Just received my leather back pack bag and I am soo pleased it was a bag I have scrolled the shops and internet to find. I have just received my gorgeous simone black leather
backpack. I bought it to replace a leather backpack i bought elsewhere that the zip broke in a matter of weeks .This bag is a beautiful leather and just the right size not to big or to small but holds a lot .And it was
delivered really quickly .When i placed the order i had it delivered to work ,and thought i had not put the full address .So i emailed customer services for them to check and they replied really quickly and reassured me the address was ok .Fantastic company really efficient and a pleasure to deal with which is rare these day. i would definitely order from Pure Luxuries London again. I just bought the Alexandra Cashmere Blue leather handbag. It is beautifully made, excellent quality and the colour is lovely. It is a perfect size for me and was great value as i managed to purchase in the sale. I sent picture of bag to my friend and she liked it that much she ordered one in black. My only thing would be that there is no zipped internal compartment for keys but that is minor.

I was skeptical about ordering from this website giving the fact that I never heard of it and sales price was so cheap. I thought it will be cheap shop but I like it so much my first 4 bags that I ordered again extra 2 bags from this shop. I must say my first order came next day but my second one which it was on Tuesday it hasn’t arrived yet and I’m wondering if it is because my first order was over £100 and this one is £88

Fantastic customer service. My order was misdelivered due to my address being wrongly autopopulated on order (which I failed to notice). This led to two attempted deliveries by Royal Mail at wrong addresses. However the customer service team were brilliant and ended up sending me a repeat order to my correct address...very happy with the product and the service
