Good leather but poor quality lining and stiching very disappointing.

Used this site many years ago for various gifts, its certainly changed for the worse.

Bland products/poor selection, cluttered website, hard to browse.

Ordered a small card holder, under £10. Free postage and delivered next day!
Very happy with the item and process.

I invested in a Conkca leather cross body bag expecting it to last me for many years. After 2 months of light use, the inside fabric lining had come un-stitched and I had to repair it using fabric tape. 7 months on and the stitching on an external leather pocket has come un-done. I don't have the skill or tools to be able to re-stitch thick leather so I now can't use that pocket at all as things just fall straight out. I thought that spending over £100 on a small cross body leather bag would mean I got quality and an investment piece I'd be able to use for many years. How wrong I was. To add to the confusion Conkca don't seem to exist as a brand any more and all social media posts route you to Pure Luxuries. Very disappointed with my purchase and won't buy anything from them again as the quality just isn't there. I think the fact they only offer a 6 month warranty tells you that their products that look and are priced like investment pieces are only fit for a few months of use.

The quality of the mens holdall bag received was fantastic and looks very well made. I bought this as a gift for somebody and I know they will love it!

Fantastic customer service! I also purchased a wash bag but there was a problem with the embossing however customer services sent a replacement very fast and were very apologetic. Will definately shop there again.

I had a problem with a bag I purchased some time ago. Customer service advised how to return it and within a couple of days it was returned to me in perfect order. Delighted with the service and won’t hesitate to use them again.

I had a problem with my recent purchase from pure luxuries, stitching came away on handle, I couldn’t remember when I purchased the bag but customer services had all my details and sent me a return label and postage label with no quibbles. They didn’t have the same colour bag so offered me alternatives or full refund. My returned bag was received in just a couple of days, it was super quick and efficient!
The whole process was stress free and very quick.
This is the second bag I have bought from this company, excellent value in terms of quality, would recommend

Used Pure Luxury fir a few years now, handbags, purse, all top quality goods, just what it says Pure Luxury. Prompt attention to orders are a real good point as far as I am concerns and this is a service u receive from this company. Very considerate when u call them on the phone most understanding too. Good company to work with. So many people have commented on my goods, so speaks for its self

I didn't like it

This was my first order with Pure Luxuries and I couldn't be more pleased. The Customer Service team were excellent and helped me to get an item embossed. Delivery was super quick, and the gift was beautifully wrapped too. The recipient was delighted with it so I'm very glad I tried PL. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of purchase.

The bag I bought is exactly as shown on the web page. The quality and general look of the bag is even better than I’d hoped. Love it and would recommend with no hesitation.

I was recently conned by an internet ad, I ordered a bag on 14 March, I was charged £99.95, an excess charge of £85, for a bag advertised at £14.95, which has yet to arrive, land no sign of the refund either.So I was a little wary of internet shopping again, but purchasing from you was backed by PayPal, so I knew pricing wouldn't be an issue.

Purchased a leather backpack with the discount from Debenhams. It arrived on time, good quality. Will buy again.

Quick delivery, and quick a returns process. Unfortunately the item I ordered was smaller than I had wanted, and within a few days of returning I had my refund. Throughout order and returns process I was kept up to date with the status of my order. I would order from pure luxuries again.

Super fast delivery and excellent quality of bag. I might return it back because it's not the right colour for me, but definitely no problem with the bag or company. Only slight dirt on the bag but wipes easily. Experience of purchase is very smooth.

Ordered a bag pm and it was delivered the next day am. Brilliant service and the handbag was fabulous quality and half the price that Debenhams had it. V impressed!

Very disappointed in the quality of the handbag. My husband bought it for me as a Christmas present exactly a year ago, and the material has ripped on the inside of the bag. Definitely not a product I would recommend.
