I was apprehensive due to reviews on trustpilot and feared id receive a foul smelling bag however i am very happy with the item but dont believe the RRP they advertise.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Quality of items are top notch. I was sceptical at first but now I’d recommend this site to anyone who wants good quality items at very reasonable prices.

I have placed 3 orders with Pure Luxuries, and have never been disappointed with either the quality or price of the items. The speed of their deliveries is one of the best. If I'm looking for a particular item in their range will always look at their site first.

I have bought a lot of items from pure luxuries and have always found the quality of the items to be excellent . They often have brilliant discount codes and lots of sale items so you can get beautiful items at really good prices. I have never been unhappy with any bag, purse or wallet that I have purchased!!!
Customer service is also very good , very helpful and quick to respond.
I would have given 5 stars only that my last order was cancelled due to a stock error....but when I went back onto the site, the item had been re-branded,( from a designer original to a pure luxuries item) given a little pure luxuries charm and increased in price by £90 !!!! I am disappointed with this as I was purchasing as a gift and now have no gift!! Never mind you can't win them all !!!
I would still recommend pure luxuries , this is my first negative experience out of about a dozen orders.

I would rate this company a lot higher than 5 stars the quality is fantastic they have been made with a lot of love and attention I have never seen so many lovely colours I have bought 2 purses and 2 handbags and they have all matched the very high quality from this company I would like to say thankyou very much I am one happy shopper

I struggled to buy this bag on the high street (availability) I bought the very same bag cheaper and delivered 1st class within 24hrs!! Brilliant online shop that I will definitely use again to buy gifts buy with confidence. Thanks again

I've purchased a few things from here and the quality used to be excellent. my last purchase was terrible; it felt tacky and smelled ( yes smelled) aweful. I wil not be coming back.

I now have a purse and bag from here perfect. I spent a long time searching for zip around purse with the right inside for me, the Hanson is perfect. Both are excellent quality,true to website, great price and service. Just helped a friend make a purchase too. I am a leather person not man made, well worth the purcase

Great company for customer support. I have ordered goods from this site several times but latest item I received was the wrong item which is a very unusual error for this company.
Contacted them by email (could not find a phone number on website) and had a reply within the hour.
There was a pre paid returns label with the goods so I was able to return the item the same day. Reordered item again and was given a discount and 1st class tracked delivery. Item arrived this morning by courier and was the correct one.
Excellent customer service provided by Charles even emailed me to inform me that my return package had been received and refunded.
I would recommend this company as the goods are top quality .

Having searched for ages to find my "perfect" purse, I finally found exactly what I wanted at Pure Luxuries. It arrived within 24 hours and I was thrilled with the quality of my item and service delivered. Well done.

I'm not one to complain or write poor reviews but my bag from 'made by stitch'- a branch of pure luxuries, was very poor indeed and the whole experience has led me to do so. Within 3 months the stitching on the strap was coming loose and after a private repair (as a replacement was not available ) this issue soon completely sheared off, leaving the bag unusable. I was offered 30% off an alternative bag only, not even wanting to inspect the issue themselves as the products are supposedly of the highest quality! I would like to make people aware that there is only a 6 month manufacturing warranty on these products, which for a quoted " lifetime purchase" feels very inadequate, I will not be purchasing another product, thankfully after months of struggles and not much help or support from pure luxuries , Debenhams have thankfully resolved the issue, with assistance from trading standards.

I ordered this item as a gift for my 'hubby to be' on the Tuesday lunchtime and it was delivered on Wednesday.
The item itself came in a great gift box, it's lovely quality soft leather and with the zip up fastening, ideal to prevent loss of receipts and £ notes.
