Ordered an awning that arrived on time, great. Sadly first night used it ripped badly Ivreported this on 11th July. Initially I was impressed with the response as they said they would raise it as a warranty claim with Dometic. It is now the 2nd August and no settlement. We go away again shortly and need a replacement or money back. Really poor as response to latest email sentv2 days ago wanting an urgent update
Update 18.8.23. After many phone calls finally received an apology and replacement, simple solution made difficult, however at least no haggle so thank you and as a result will recommend and use P.O. again

I bought a camp stove from this company but when it arrived it was missing some parts. They acknowledged that the components were missin and that they had infact supplied a lower spec model. In contravention of the consumer goods act they refused to send the missing parts or replace with the correct spec model. A whole stream of pathetic emails about being a small family firm and not being able to afford the missing parts blah blah. Turns out they are quite big firm and we'll experienced at grinding away at complaints. Cannot recommend. My only recourse is to take them to court.

I purchased an awning (Vango Riviera) October 2022 , used it for the first time in June 2023 , after a few hours the air beam deflated, I rang them and was promptly and pleasantly dealt with they arranged with Vango to send me a replacement which they did sent it to the campsite I was on very pleased with the service from both companies

Excellent service both in store and over FB messenger prior to visit. Messaged to check product was on display that I wanted to look at. On arrival staff were helpful and pleasant. They price matched the products I wanted to another store which was great. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to others

We were looking to purchase an air awning had a make in mind found the website and watched a video about the awning which was very informative. Visited shop staff were very helpful so we purchased our awning and got a good deal. Following week purchased more accessories and got them delivered to home address. Whole experience excellent

Bought a significant quantity of a product (Colapz Flexi Pipe Rock Pegs) needed urgently for a long emergency waste pipe run.

Product not as described at all AND they're still selling them.

Purely Outdoors wouldn't accept a return if they'd been used (I needed them there and then) and offered a measly 10% goodwill gesture. Heck, the packaging had already been destroyed to get into them.

Realistically, they should have let me use them for the emergency I had and then let me return them, offered more than 10%, or offered to work with the manufacturure to help resolve the issue. Didn't seem to be any empathy or ability to work the problem satisfactorily.

Bought a caravan cover, used it once and upon putting it back on the front zip failed, the response from purely outdoors was usless and leaves me needing another cover after one use
Avoid this company

We visited Purely Outdoors needing a replacement strap, the staff were extremely helpful assisting us by locating one. We looked around and we’re impressed by the range of stock on display. We saw a few lightweight tables which may fit in our camper van. The staff were brilliant, bringing them out to the van so we could see which one would work the best for us. Highly recommended store.

We were looking for a new awning, Chris the owner was so helpful, prices were brilliant, we got a fantastic deal, very pleased, in fact every member of staff we spoke to customer service was next to none, very pleased with the whole experience, will be returning.

Boy,this company knows how to operate,picked them at random to discuss a problem with a Safari Chef,had a chat with Andy in technical,sent him pictures of the issue,phoned back and said you need this item,bingo,2 days later part turned up,problem solved…I live a fair way from Nuneaton but I’d buy online everytIme from them,thank you,Gareth.

Having been let down by another company I rang to check a Fiamma LED Light was in stock. The lady who answered couldn't have been more friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Ordered the light Wednesday and it arrived on Friday by DPD. I was kept updated about the delivery too. Couldn't ask for a better service, really appreciate your help.

We were looking for a lightweight tent to add to our kit and having found the Robens Boulder 2 online thought we would pop in and have a look. Having exchanged emails with Customer Services we dropped in.

We were served by Tim who was attentive and helped with our decision with no hard sell at all and with some sound advice. (Tent is fantastic and exactly what we needed.) Shop is immaculately presented and very welcoming. Whoever designed the timber work to the front has it right on point. Pricing is keen and I wish I hadn’t just purchased Trangia as they had a better range at the right price than where I had purchased from.

Range of products is a little limited but what they stock they deliver very very well. I look forward to this retailer growing and selling more and more ranges and will definitely be going back.

Ordered Fiamma awning on Thursday at lunchtime.
It was delivered on Friday at 3o'clock!
This was the best price I could find for this item, so well done for great price, delivery included and very fast delivery.

As a novice camper, we inherited a van with an incomplete awning. Driving nearly an hour to visit these guys on spec, they took the time to investigate thoroughly the parts that we were missing and secured the items promptly, posting out to my home address once in stock. Follow up phone calls kept me posted on what was happening and even though the parts we needed turned out to be relatively low value, these guys really put the effort in to help where other companies had fobbed me off. Really appreciative of their help and looking forward to getting out with the awning ready to erect next spring. Thanks guys.
