bought some Camping Poles - they sent different ones from ordered much cheaper copies or something and bag was ripped so i contacted them a week before camping trip and said they said would send me replacement in 2-3 days before my trip - nothing came and no correspondence i message again and was ignored , after trip i thought would be at home NO nothing so speant the next 2-3 weeks chasing with occasional replies they said replacements were delivered but had no tracking number , cant tell me where or when they said contacted the courier but will not tell me the outcome - so after 1 month i am still waiting for original poles - now after 1 month they said i can return - , what a joke company stay well away and buy from someone which dont mess people around and sends what they advertise .

Ordered a tent from purely outdoors three days ago and it just arrived this morning. Was hesitant at first as I read someone, also from Northern Ireland, had trouble receiving his product but in my case there were no issues at all. The Kampa Croyde arrived in perfect condition and now looking forward to taking it out this weekend for its first use 👍

Bought air awning from Purely Outdoors. Fault on awning soon developed. Purely Outdoors communicated with manufacturer and arranged replacement or repair. The awning was replaced as soon as it came back into stock. Tha service was 1st class. Replies to queries always quick and helpful. Will definitely consider buying from Purely Outdoors again.

I have bought twice from this company and always found thrm efficient with excellent delivery service too.
Recently I bought a number of items from them, again good delivery times.
One item was defective, not their problem but from the actual manufacturers.
Spoke to a very freindly, helpful and cheerful lady this morning (relatively new employee I believe?). She has kindly arranged a swap of product to suit me, excellent service. Will now be using them for most, if not all of our camping/caravanning items.
You can't beat excellent customer service, if only more suppliers could take a leaf out of their book.

Attempted to purchase a Fiammi F45s canopy from this company at a cost of £492. I paid online and made my order, but due to the ongoing difficulties of delivery to Northern Ireland caused by Brexit, the company was unable to arrange delivery although initially informed me it was dispatched. On realising the purchase item had not been dispatched, as it was being sold at a very good price i said i was happy to wait.

Several weeks later I followed up, to see if things had improved any or if i could arrange collection by a courier service arranged by me. On calling I was informed that, the item was no longer in stock and would not be for another month. Purely outdoors informed me that they assumed the item was held for me (as i had paid for it almost a month previous) but in fact the supplier had resold the item.
I recieved an apology but this inconvenience is well short of acceptable. The order was cancelled due to very poor customer service

Emailed to confirm product availability and got a quick reply. Ordered and received the product the very next day. Very happy, and with the product too.

Great customer experience and can't fault them. Cheapest prices and quick delivery, will definitely use again.

Ordered a caravan cover on bank holiday Monday, it arrived on Wednesday. Fitted it Thursday. Very good value for money. Excellent quality. Will use Purely Outdoors again.

In September 2020, I purchased a whale caravan pump. The product was as displayed, the advise I received from Steve was excellent. Unfortunately the pump developed a fault. It replaced without a problem. I gave this company the highest rate possible. thank you Steve and the team

I placed an order with Purely Outdoors on Friday morning and my items were delivered on the Sunday, they were well packed, in great condition and I couldn't be more impressed with the speed of delivery.
Not only that the reason that I had placed the order with Purely Outdoors in the first place was that they had the best price of all of the suppliers that I looked at.
I would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a toilet through these guys and it was delivered really quickly. Product was great and company really easy to deal with.

I bought a Whale water pump in January but due to lockdown was unable to get to my caravan. When I finally tried it out in October it didn’t work. Purely Outdoors were wonderful and have sorted it out without fuss. Brilliant customer service.

A few weeks ago I bought a SunnCamp Porch awning from Purely Outdoors via their eBay site. I was a little concerned after reading some negative reviews however their customer service has been outstanding. The SunnCamp Porch awning arrived on time and well packaged. The problem is it was supplied with a draught skirt 40cm too short. My email to SunnCamp went un answered but yesterdays email to Purely Outdoors was answered in a few hours and the correct length draught skirt is now on its way to me. Well done Purely Outdoors Customer Services. I wont hesitate to buy from Purely Outdoors in the future and I would recommend them to anyone

I bought some corner steady feet from them. No instructions but I fitted them the only way possible. On the first trip 3 of them fell off. I emailed them and yes they were sorry. Nothing else. I asked had I fitted them correctly, their answer was that they weren't really designed to be used in transit?? However they had a deluxe version with pins to stop them falling off. So why didn't my ones have the same. If I fitted them on site I wouldn't need the plastic pin that attached it to the caravan as I could just place the pad underneath the Jack, couldn't I?
They then gave me a phone number for the design company and suggested I call them . No I won't.
Basically expect these to fall off if used whilst travelling. Not fit for purpose.

Their customer service is second to none. There was a fault on an awning we bought from them and despite the manufacturer taking no responsibility for the problem Purely Outdoors sorted it. They would be my 1st port of call for anything to do with camping in the future

An item arrived with some cosmetic damage, probably from the courier. I emailed them with photographs and they replied immediately, were very apologetic and offered a replacement next business day or money off the item.

It was really excellent customer service.

I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Do not buy from them, sent me the wrong item and would not send correct item until I returned the wrong one, very poor business approach!

Were extremely helpful on phone, ordered items not listed on website for me, and subsequently added items for future purchase, superfast delivery both direct from them and stuff straight from manufacturer.
