Just received my first order with this company. Most of the order was ok with good use by dates but two packets of Good Boy Superlicious Sticks with cranberry arrived with the use by date rubbed off. It clearly was deliberately done as the rub marks was the same width and left a clear rub mark. A faint year 23 was on one but the other the month and year fully scrubbed off. Sadly I will not be doing business with them again and recommend customers to check their use by dates before giving it to their pets.

Ordered from them a good few times, Lauren has been excellent and never had a single issue. Orders from £10 - £300 completed smoothly. Thank you.

Awful. It took Purely Pet Supplies 2 weeks to even dispatch my order. I wouldn't have minded, but they didn't even bother to contact me to acknowledge the delay. I ordered the item on the 23rd August. It only arrived yesterday -9th September. Appalling customer service.

Have been buying from them sporadically for a number of years now. I just made an order with them and am still waiting for it to be shipped, they are usually very quick in dispatching an order but for some unknown reason I’m being kept waiting, *this is an order to Australia.
Have emailed them twice about it but am still waiting for a response.
A bit disappointing.

My first time ordering. Fantastic service. Great communications, fast dispatch and my item was very carefully packaged. I like to support small business and I am so happy to be able to recommend this one 100%.

I have used Purely Pet Supplies multiple times per year for the last 4 years, to ship food for my pets to the US. Every order has gone completely smoothly, with outstanding, friendly and responsive customer service and prompt shipping (even during the chaos of the peak of the pandemic). I have had no issues with them and would recommend them without hesitation to other international buyers.

I've been a customer of this site sporadically for the last 4 years and the 'quality' of service is abysmal.
In all the many times I've ordered from here, I think only once there wasn't an issue. So many items are marked as being in stock when you initially purchase them, only to be advised after purchase, they are in fact out of stock. I found the customer service useless when I've queried this.

The major bug bear for me though, is when you order items and find out they aren't in date. I ordered an item that was full price and with no note to state it was now out of date to find it was actually 9 months out of date!!!
I've found out of date items are frequently being sold by this site. That, to me, doesn't sound like a business that cares for pets.
I haven't been back since and I recommend a wide berth from this business.

Order arrived however when contacting for a return over a week or two, no one responded to me and have still yet to! I sent 4 emails and 2 messengers with no one replying. Really bad customer service :/

My order never arrived within the estimated time. A week later I realised and checked the tracking and it said delivered which wasn’t the case. I emailed them and at that point they said to me they had already emailed me to let me know the issue (which wasn’t true as I checked my junk folder as well). No point if a company can not sort its orders and chase delivery issues until the buyer raises the question and asks for further information. Not impressed and will not use this company again.

Been with them a year but only just made a claim and I'm not impressed at all. Its been nearly 4 weeks and payment still hasn't been paid it seems they are either very slow or inexperienced but in my previous companies claim get paid within 2 weeks MAX

I order from this business maybe every 3 months, just some budgie and dog things. The quality of products is good , a wide variety and the website is easy enough to use. Customer service is good , I've had a few issues over the years but nothing that can't be sorted through an email, and usually fixed in a Mettler of days. Delivery can be slow so just be sure to order in advance can't really blame them as a small operation. Would definetly recommend.

When things go wrong they are no help whatsoever. The customer service is very poor. I wont be buying from here again.

Lovely customer service and great products for great prices! Wouldn’t shop anywhere else

I’ve made several orders with purely pet supplies always happy with how fast items arrive and the range of stock they sell. My last order there was a slight delay due to myself changing my mind and stocking coming in I didn’t mind with covid things are all up in the air but I was constantly kept up to date by the staff I couldn’t of been more happier with the service I received.

I used this company all the time to purchase products for my dog.
Highly recommend. Good quality products and the orders are always delivered on time.

Order not received and despite calling Royal Mail myself and them confirming the GPS was not a match and it had been delivered incorrectly I still can't get anywhere with customer service. I've even given them the number to call so they can confirm this but just get fobbed off. Really unhelpful, I would never use again and have told people already to avoid. I will be putting a PayPal claim in

Received my order from “Purely Pet Supplies”, it was poorly packed and one of the liquid containers had leaked everywhere in the box. Complained to this company and they just ignored my message. Not good enough!

Hi I ordered a £26 pound order on the 16/7/20 I got a message saying my order has been dispatched strange that when I was picking it up I received another message on Monday 20th July saying my order has been dispatched strange when I am picking it up I replied asking them if I could pick it up on the 21st July I got totally ignored so I was no further forward this is the first time I have used purely pets nottingham don’t think il be using them again be warned when u place an order u are on the phone for 25mins be warned the lady took my order then turned round and said oh I have just deleted it I was defo not happy I really didn’t think she cared so I am there on the phone for 25 mins giving her my order then she deletes it disgraceful then to top it off she put the phone down that bad
I rang again to order it again I got through to a manager when I told her what happened I don’t think she believed me the following day I spoke to the same manager and the reason why is to cancel my order I did explain again to her what happened she told me to send an email to the owner oh I did complain and u will never believe this she was the one to reply when I complained about her and the other lady I have since cancelled my order n got my money back this company don’t care they take ur money n that’s it they even delete ur order if u r lucky funny though so now they have lost a good customer
Update it’s been quite a few days and I am still waiting for the boss to call me il update this when I spk to her they dint deserve 1 star

Buy hedgehog food from them and always competitive and fast delivery too, no issues and good to deal with

Fantastic prices at purely pets. I have shipped here now for quite awhile and always received my orders.
My only advice to customers would be, order with plenty of time spare for delivery as it does sometimes take awhile to arrive. It is worth the wait for saving you money.
