Avoid this company, unethical people....
This company will do anything for a sale. Before I purchased I checked if they ship to Australia, yes but I had to pay duties, all good. The items arrived but are not permitted without an import permit. This means the items are to be sent back to them, the items are dried food so they will be fine.
But Purely pet have advised me, there are No refunds and its my problem, they can get the items back but if they want, and there is no doubt they will see sell them again, its dried packet food with long shelf life.
I then asked them to resell but can you at least give the money to the Bushfire victims here in Australia. Nope no go....
The saddest part about this mob, they make out they are animal lovers.... Almost 1 billion animals lost in the fires, and these bludgers cannot even give the few hundred dollars towards this, not their money but mine, No rather keep it for themselves...
We all should boycott companies like this, they only care about money and sadly nothing else...

Excellent service!
Very pleased with this company. Delivery came after just a few days and very good price compared to some Hollings tripe i have come across. Good size pieces of tripe. Will definitely order from Purely Pets again.

Excellent Service
Have made two orders from this company and both times have received the items really quickly. Living on an Island, shopping is difficult and often you have to pay a premium on postage costs. Not with Purely Pet Supplies. Really pleased with their service and a great website too.
