Nice and clean storage, no shady business here ! I have rented 2 other storages in Turlock and they were shady always having break ins , Roszella is very nice at the front office ! I have my tools here and it’s right off the freeway so it’s very convenient for me !

2 Front ladies helped very much went out of their way for me especially in this excruciating heat in buckeye az very thankful.

I moved back to this area and they were very accommodating on move day from 200 miles away. They gave me a couple of options to make sure the move on a Saturday went smoothly.

I would like to voice my opinion about PURELY STORAGE in Yucca Valley. I have always had friendly and professional service, anytime there is a problem of any kind Ashley is always there to lend a helping hand if she can. I really appreciate her attitude when in this day and age people can be so rude.

I am the first time customer on storage unit. Missy was very helpful. But after 2 weeks, i forgot the access code on the Sunday night. Couldn't get access to start my vehicle and try to call after hour# but can only leave a message. Someone did get back to me the next day on email. I wish there were other options that i can get help sooner

Looks secure and friendly receptionist. I would recommend it to friends and relatives if it turns out my stuff still in good condition but the facility is clean and new painting hoping to paint it right so it looks presentable to new customers. Great price and area too.

My initial relationship with Purely Storage was very good and still is now. The office manager
at the site I utilize is very helpful and courte ous. She makes sure we are properly informed and is satisfied with the transaction.

I paid for a storage for the month and then 2 days later I decided not to use the storage place. When I called the lady told me that they don’t do refunds. I said I didn’t use the place or even punch in any codes. She was rude to me and said that they are not going to give me my money back. I was very unhappy about that and the service. When I first went there they had a baby running around the office and making alot of noises. I really couldn’t understand this lady. I thought to myself is this a day care or bring kids to work. I thought that was unprofessional in a business. I will never use this business again. The place was dirty.

Super easy to get a storage unit. The gentleman in Orange TX is a sweetheart. I love how you can pay online. Would highly recommend them to store all your stuff or just a few items.
