Misty has taken time to get used to the new food but now is enjoying 2 scoops a day with her other food, and laps it up, particularly the salmon. It is easy to store and prepare and I feel good that it is full of goodness. ThankyouPure Pet.

Food is great but since going onto pure my lab has gone from a chubby 30kg (overweight) to 24kg ( bordering on top slim). Both the previous were vet weighs. I had guessed her weight at 27kg so thought the 7 scoops which you had prescribed would keep her at that weight. I have increased what you sende to a daily 8 scoops but could you confirm if it is level scoops (Which is what I have been doing) or heaped scoops. Additionally I noticed that due to the consistency of the food there are at times voids in the scop, could the food scoop be clear so that you can check that it is full?

My Brucie loves Pure pet food he looks so much better and is more satisfying in his self. I love Pure Pet Food thank you so much.

Belle has finished her first bag of salmon pure food . It’s so easy and convenient to mix up . She is loving it and is tucking in to the turkey recipe now with no issues . Her poos are more solid and she just seems more lively in herself .

Likes: the quality of food seems spot on with a wide variety of choice to keep my dogs pallet guessing. My dog really seems to enjoy it so much that I have recently bought her a slow feeder.

Dislikes: we have been subscribed for approximately 6 months now and 4 out of those 6 months we have ended up 2-5 days without food for my dog as the amounts prescribed have not lasted us for the full duration expected before the next lot of food arrived, meaning I’ve had to go out and buy extra food to put my dog on until the delivery arrived. While I’m aware we can bring forward the delivery this should not be the case if the amount is meant to last 28 days.

Also had issues with delivery as deliveries have been delayed which once again resulted in us being without food for our dog for a day or two and having to once again go out and buy something extra to put us on.

The packs of food we get suggest our dog needs 6 scoops a day which we give her in two servings of 3 scoops. After having issues with running out early we were advised to measure the scoops out instead so to ensure she has 200g per day. So now we give her 100g twice per day……. This has still resulted in us running out early.

Overall happy with the quality of food, much less messy than raw and storage is much more convenient as takes less room up than a months supply of raw or kibble etc however the frustration with constantly running out early and having to go out and buy extra food most months is rather disappointing and is making us consider switching to another provider.

Fantastic product, even my ultra fussy poodle devoures it.
It comes in individualised named brightly coloured packets, which have a brilliant resealable system.
The food comes in many tasty options and dried, making it easy for travel.It is quickly and easily reconstituted.
I have to be honest, I was sceptical whether my exceptionally fussy dog would eat it. However it was easy to try and she.loves it.

I am not prone to hyping any review I give, but I feel Pure deserve my 5 Stars. My dog Duke is thriving on his food, he is a black labrador, with a shiny coat, sleek and very athletic. The customer service I have experienced has been second to none. When I have had issues (which have all been problems I created myself), they have been sorted promptly and with the best of goodwill, by a staff who are polite and very keen to help.

Everything from customer service to delivery was excellent. Sasha loves all the recipes it's a clean bowl every time I just want to say thaks to everyone at PURE PET

Tried this product in July 25 after lots of research hoping to give my dog the very best food I could, she suffers with sensitive skin and was a bit heavier than she should have been. I was guided by Pure as to which food selection was best based on the information I gave them about my dog, I followed the advice and my she is now at her target weight and her skin is nicely controlled x highly recommended Pure to anyone who wants the very best for their best furry friend x

Choice, flexibility and reliability and always appreciate the little gift inside each delivery.

I love the idea of Pure nearly as much as my little dog loves to eat the food.
The delivery’s are always on time and save me a lot of heavy carrying from the store.
The simple way you get the dog food really is a great bonus as well.
The choice of flavours gives my dog a variety of tastes and smells.
If one should need to contact the pure team you will find them kind and very helpful.
You get a reply to any message very quickly .
They honestly could not be more helpful if they tried.

Saw Pure pet food advertised on Social media. Usually don't believe the hype, however I am so glad I placed an order. Easy to use website, Great choice of flavours, Easy to order. Ran short and it was so easy to amend monthly order. Packaged well, delivered quickly. More importantly our dog absolutely loves every flavour. He has been eating this for over 6 months his coat looks amazing and get so many compliments and he no longer has allergies. Highly recommend!! One very happy dog 🐶🐕

My dog was really fussy before I put him on pure pet food and now he eats it in minutes

Our Chow Chow has been on Pure Pet Food for some 18 months since we rescued him at just over a year old. Simba is our fourth Chow Chow and they have all been fussy eaters ~ but not this guy. Whether its Lamb, Salmon or Chicken he eats the lot! I can only put this down to the quality of Pure Pet Food. From eating to digestion and elimination it all works really well. We have a healthy and energetic bear! We also spend a considerable time travelling Europe in our Motorhome so the Salmon variant allows us to take his food along for the trip.

Alfie has had such a turn around in the past year. He was struggling with arthritis due to his old age. Since he has had been on Pure pet food he can run again! He is happier and more active. Who knew that changing food would have such a great impact with him! He loves his chicken and salmon!
Delivery is always quick and never an issue, sometimes even arriving a day earlier! He loves his little bandana for his birthday! Wore it with such pride as he does love accessories!

It has been a bit of a game changer. Bonnie is now much more comfortable with her stomach, it has settled right down and she eats better too. She would leave food for a day at a time, and now she has two good meals a day. The salmon and herring are her favourites!
And everyone on the team is really helpful when I need to ask something or make a change. Brilliant.

Delivery is seamless. Even in this hot weather my very fussy eater is managing at least one of his meals, before he would go days in this heat without eating. I am so happy that now he has Pure he is at least getting one meal a day! Thank you Pure.
