Ordered raw apple cider vinegar with mother. recieved yelow alcoholic water taste as pi…. Company took 2-3 days between reply on mail. Sending them pic of sticker with batch numer etc. On end just said u got what u ordered. Not even reading our mails. Well we use raw apple cider vinegar for years. And this what they claim it is is def not. Avoiding this company forewer. Save yourself hastle and stress and get your stuf from someone more trustworthy then this dogy bussines.

Sent wrong items and completely ignored me

Was just about to complete my first order but the 10% welcome offer didn't work. Came over to Trustpilot to check them out, completely put off by these reviews. Does the company not realise this is damaging their business? I would have been a repeat customer as the products I wanted I use every day, total shame.

Item sent by RM 48 Track and Trace but was notified it had been delivered when not. Told Puresource immediately and they said they would raise a complaint with RM but would not credit me for a replacement I needed for chronically ill wife. After 6 weeks of waiting on them I ended up tracking the item myself to an incorrect address (RM fault) and arranged for its return, which they denied having received. Only after presenting tracking data showing its return did I get money back. My contract was for them to provide the goods and arrange the shipping but I ended up doing the tracking investigation too. I felt was treated me like a common criminal even when I had all the evidence I had not received the item. Not even an apology from them so not a good business model! Seems I'm not alone in not being impressed with their customer service either......

Bought an anchor mount for my battle ropes.

Item didn’t arrive. Have requested refund and been refused. Keep telling me Royal Mail delivered it. It HASNT arrived and reading other reviews they are clearing just playing a scam on people. I’m waiting for eBay to step in and refund me.

Bought a yoga mat and over 3 months of use of only two classes per week, the printed pattern on the mat started to come off, to the extent of there now being blank patches in the pattern. Asked for a replacement or refund, and point blank refused. Even sent photos of the mat and was called a liar! Unprofessional company. Do not use.

Placed an order at the end of March 2020. Sent an email to them 3 days later asking for a status update; when it would be shipped. Did not reply to my email, and I sent them another email inquiring about my order.

After that, I've sent another email to cancel my order and ask for a refund. They decided to ignore me still. Sent another email asking for a cancellation or else I'd had to open a Paypal claim for refund. No reply...called them on their phone numbers as stated on Google and on Paypal..did not pick up.

Opened a Paypal dispute, and PP refunded me the money. Horrendous service, terrible company. I feel scammed, my time wasted. AVOID this company.

I ordered some supposedly in stock gym equipment from Pure Source Nutrition mid March on the basis that the company claimed to dispatch items within 1-3 days. 2 weeks later, the items had not been dispatched, but I had assumed that due to the current climate, the company was experiencing some delays. I tried logging into my account to check the progress of my order, I could not do this. I tried resetting the password and I still could not access my account. I tried sending a query via the contact us form on the website and I also tried calling, to no avail. I then raised the case as a dispute with PayPal and Pure Source Nutrition failed to respond to the deadline that PayPal had set. As a result, I’ve been lucky enough to receive my money back. Gym equipment is in high demand right now, but please do yourself a favour and order with a more reputable company even if it means waiting for stock to come back in.

Can't believe Amazon is allowing them to continue trading. Total SCAM! Getting the same story about Yodel damaging products and delay of almost 3 weeks. They are selling same products under a different Amazon account for double the cost.

I mirror the views of many others, no products, no information, no new tracking and escuses about a van overturned, which was 10 days after expected delivery and after several messages; this is starting to feel like a scam so they can hold onto your money

Terrible website. Products seem ok, but the website repeatedly alters your order to get you to buy extra quantity or EXTRA PRODUCTS ! that you haven't even looked at !!! I was just going to complete my purchase when I noticed that a product valued at £200 had been added ! After 5 goes I gave up and ordered the product via a third party.

Financially fined me for being at work instead of waiting in for 3 days for the package to arrive. Then they only delivered half of it. Vile company.

Incredibly shifty business. Prices may be attractive, but do NOT risk your time and money!!!

They directly went against ebay policies and sold something to us on Ebay, marked it as shipped, and then emailed us later saying "oh, we already emailed you about this" (they did not), demanding additional payment "because of the weight of the item" - and payment was to be made outside of the ebay system via a PayPal invoice. Which means it's not trackable to an order, or bound to eBay's buyer protection policies. What???

Absolutely unethical and shameful business practices and I hope they stop profiting off of swindling people soon.

Goods never received. I ordered some weights that Yodel never delivered. Pure Source Nutrition have refused to take responsibility for the non delivery. I'm left with no option but to report them to trading standards. They have been unhelpful and slow and have just fobbed me off with false information - supposedly I've signed saying I've received the item. Avoid these chumps at all cost.

Avoid if buying from Ireland!, I bought and paid for an item, It was stated as being dispatched and shipped in less than 24 hours, great right? No. It took them over a week later to contact me telling me that I need to pay an additional fee of 50 Pounds for an extra shipping charges that was not listed in the description or delivery and postage. Complete waste of my time and money! Avoid.

On an additional note the Customer Service team did not seem to care what so ever, the moment they realised I wouldn't pay the extra fee they became really unprofessional and rude. If only I had read these reviews before purchasing, I would have avoided all together.

DO NOT BUY. Goods ordered and were not deliverd. PureSourceNutrition went out of there way to tell me that i would not be getting a refund for the goods I paid for, no accountability or help in resolving the matter at all. STEER CLEAR!

The worst company i have ever had the misfortune to buy from!
The weights that i ordered were "undeliverable" on the day assigned, I then rescheduled for the following Saturday.
The company sent me a mail to say that the weights were "damaged" and were being returned to the seller and wouldn't be delivered and a refund would be issued.
On saturday I came home to find 2 destroyed boxes waiting for me, upon opening them i found a sand from the weights had fallen out all over the box and subsequently all over my floor.

I contacted the company about the damages and was told to "send pictures of the damages" which by that stage had been swept away. This was followed by a mail to say that they would accept returns and the postage would be included in the refund. I then transported 40kg worth of weights in broken boxes to the post office as they refused to pick up the damaged packages. Paid the £80 to return the weights and sent them the tracking numbers as requested.
They have mailed now to tell me that they are refusing to pay the returns postage as i haven't "proved" that the products are broken.
WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM "PURE SOURCE NUTRITION"
