The worst company i have ever had the misfortune to buy from!
The weights that i ordered were "undeliverable" on the day assigned, I then rescheduled for the following Saturday.
The company sent me a mail to say that the weights were "damaged" and were being returned to the seller and wouldn't be delivered and a refund would be issued.
On saturday I came home to find 2 destroyed boxes waiting for me, upon opening them i found a sand from the weights had fallen out all over the box and subsequently all over my floor.
I contacted the company about the damages and was told to "send pictures of the damages" which by that stage had been swept away. This was followed by a mail to say that they would accept returns and the postage would be included in the refund. I then transported 40kg worth of weights in broken boxes to the post office as they refused to pick up the damaged packages. Paid the £80 to return the weights and sent them the tracking numbers as requested.
They have mailed now to tell me that they are refusing to pay the returns postage as i haven't "proved" that the products are broken.
WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM "PURE SOURCE NUTRITION"
Disorganised, dishonest avoid.
Order 4 x dumbbells. 3 arrived. They'd sent one to the wrong distribution centre. They were using Yodel (infamously worst courier in UK) and charged me for signed delivery. The Yodel driver obviously ignored this, didn't even knock, just chucked the stuff in the front garden.
When I complained, they said they'd get me the missing dumbbell by Thursday, then they said Friday, then they said Friday was impossible so they'd get me it on Saturday and they promised not to use Yodel.
It arrived the Monday after, via Yodel. None of the contract made was them contacting me, I had to do all of the running.
They are dishonest and will say whatever it takes just to get you off the phone.
Poor customer service
Bought a yoga mat on line from this shop at Amazon; mat is good quality but the strap keeping it rolled tore; tried fixing it but it tore again so I asked the company to send me another and they flatly refused. Not good customer service...

Sent wrong product (basic, when I'd paid for premium). Sent 2 emails asking to return goods at their expense as it was their mistake and still not had a reply. Currently disputing with Amazon. Very poor service. Wish I'd read these reviews first...! Daylight robbery. You should get what you pay for and shouldn't have to cover return costs for the sellers 'mistake'.

Would never use again
I ordered a set of 7 pairs of Dumbbells , which did not arrive nor did I get shipping/ tracking info.; when I chased they said courier couldn't locate - slightly amazing for a package weighing 112k and containing 7 sets of Dumbbells! They now said they had no stock of two pairs and wanted to wait until they arrived in 4 weeks and send together - even after charging me 4.99 per pair to deliver. I requested they sent what they had and I'd wait for the final two. Since then nothing arrived, no shipping notification, no comms - they didn't reply to my emails I sent asking where they were . In the end I had to file claim in Amazon to get my money back. Dreadful. I should have looked here before buying

It was my fault but asked for credit note or refund of 50% or shipping, which would still leave Pure Source a profit IMHO, no go. Tried comp[laining to Amazon as ordered via their Amazon store, still got no-where. Wont be using them again just due to a generally arsy attitude.....will pay more to shop elsewhere on principle.
Do not Purchase
Ordered a bar with them, it did not arrive on the specified date - When I contacted them, they said the "courier cannot locate your parcel" - after waiting over two weeks this was their excuse, it appears they had no intention to make contact with me otherwise. Amateur Hour performance, I would not recommend this business.
Parts of item missing. Poor communication
Rubbish. Would not recommend. Part of the exercise bar I ordered was missing, how you could fail to include all the parts when it looks as if it has been packaged by hand I do not know. No response from the email sent to them trying to resolve the situation, and when you ring up the customer service line, you are greeted with looped music that plays, with no idea whether you have got through to them or not.
Only fulfilled half my order - No Refund
I ordered x2 CLA (360) and only received X1 in the post, this was done through ebay. They asked me to send photos of the invoice and packaging - what that would prove I really don't know as there were two on the invoice but as I say I only received 320 instead of the 720 I ordered. They kept stalling me until the refund period had elapsed through ebay. It took them days to get back to me and they just kept asking for photos which wouldn't prove anything. Really badly handled by them. I definitely won't be recommending them and won't be buying from them. Avoid, terrible customer service, more concerned with volume of sales.
Not "100% pure" as advertised
Bought some BCAA powder from these cowboys recently which was advertised as 100% pure. On arrival I happened to check the product label which actually listed a total of 2g active ingredients (leucine, isoleucine & valine) per 5g serving i.e. < 50% pure!
Having contacted the seller I was told that it would take up to 48hrs to get a response!
That was over a week ago and needless to say I have not received any contact to explain the discrepancy and/or arrange for the mystery powder to be sent back.
Nothing pure whatsoever about pure source nutrition and next stop is trading standards with my evidence!
